The infrastructure is great, with covered parking, swimming pool and a playground for children. In addition, the house is equipped with complete household utensils and bedding, table and bath linens, ensuring comfort and practicality. The location is also a big difference: there are restaurants and markets nearby, and the beach can be easily accessed on foot. For those who wish to explore the region, the Beto Carrero park is only a 10-minute drive away, and towns such as Balneário Camboriú and Pomerode are a short drive away. It was a great stay, I would come back for sure!

Very attentive and helpful hostess. The environment was totally clean and had everything we needed. Apparently safe and quiet place. Very accessible to those who want to go to Beto Carrero, 15 min drive. Me and my family felt at home and I certainly recommend it.

The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises in the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and siris, the experience of fishing as a family and preparing what we fish for the meal was very cool. In the back there is a beautiful tree with swinging, a bench in the shade and a trapiche, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie that love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing with a view of the lagoon, which you could see them playing even while we prepared the meals. At night lights give an even more special charm to the scenery and allows you to continue to enjoy. Well-equipped kitchen and other comodos serve the stay very well. We live very precious moments in this house, with beautiful days and very happy in the family. The very attentive and helpful host on all issues.

We were well served, the house was organized and clean ( I scored in the ERONEAMENTE app the week for the location and we arrived only a week before the planned hahaha...) even then we were met on readiness and as the date was vacant, it ended up all right, even with this error, the hostess was willing to help us and left everything in perfect condition. Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.
