The house covers over 520 m² and has 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are en suites, all with air conditioning, as well as a large outdoor area perfect for barbecues and family gatherings. Excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and local shops. Pets are welcome!

Small Paradise by the Sea

Take off your shoes, put on some shorts, and stretch out on the hammock. My little paradise is in the middle of the trees facing the sea. The path to the water is shaded by pintagueras and palm trees, among others. You'll love this little piece of preserved Atlantic Forest. Perfect for a family to relax in front of the sea. The sea is calm, good for StandUp, sailing and canoeing. There are boat and board rental options 50 meters away. Beto Carrero Park is 800 meters away. You can walk there!

Wonderful Summer House! Great location, close to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, butcher shop, local shops and restaurant! It is 50 meters from the Central Health Center, and 300 meters from the beach, which is considered one of the cleanest in SC, with a blue flag rating. The party area has a barbecue, refrigerator, gas stove, wood stove and solar-heated pool. The garage is for up to 4 cars without a parking charge. The house is 100 meters from Alegre Beach and 7 km from the largest theme park in South America, Beto Carrero World. We have free Wi-Fi for guests.
