Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Lages

We stayed for 7 days on Airbnb and had a super pleasant experience. The apartment is extremely complete, equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need: set of pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls and even leisure items, such as a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and barbecue. This allowed us to enjoy special moments cooking at home. The hospitality part is also impeccable: very soft bed linen and towels, bathrobes available and, in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryer. The place was very clean, the pool was at the ideal temperature and the beach was just a few steps away - a perfect combination. Some tips: it is worth going by car, as the condominium is not close to the centre and there are few restaurants nearby. The closest and most complete market, the Inho Market, is about 2 km away. All the staff were attentive, with quick responses and everything very well organised. Note 10!

I stayed with my mother and sister for 9 days in the space of Marcelo and Camila and it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and warm mt. Everything was very clean and organized. Great shower and super comfortable beds and pillows (which I think is very important). The location is great tb. It is a 2 minute drive to the beach and about 5/7 minutes from the street that has the little shops and restaurants of the village. Our communication was with Marcelo and it was the best possible. We had a problem with the company in the trip and Marcelo made everything easy for us, checking in and out at different times, provided contacts and answered everything in a quick and clear way. For us it was wonderful to be able to count on his help. Also provided us with several information about the region (food and leisure). For absolutely everything we need, Marcelo responded in an agile, extremely polite and helpful way. We highly recommend! Thank you again, Marcelo!

Excellent location with every comfort, everything as described in the listing. Lidiane welcomed us with cake and juice, very kind of her. We had a good time as a family, we enjoyed the nearby beaches a lot.

The place is quiet and very beautiful. The pool, sauna and beach access are great. Ideal place to rest, as there is not much movement on the street and on the beach.

If you are imagining waking up to the sound of the sea and opening the window with sunrise, this is the place. The house is in front of the beach, separated only by a gate and a few steps. Already from the pool it is possible to look at the sea. The house is inside a condo with 3 more units nearby but it is possible for each one to have their place. There are 3 complete suites and one more bedroom with bathroom underneath, equipped kitchen, barbecue, chair to take to the beach and if you still want the TH stall that is on the beach delivers snacks in the house for you to enjoy the day at the pool. The region of Praia de Sao Bento is still very local, with little for tourists, but it is possible to find a supermarket, farmacia and go to the restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

My stay in Miracle Saint Michael was amazing! The place is simply wonderful, with flawless cleaning and very well taken care of. Comfort was exceptional, I felt super comfortable all the time. The host was extremely attentive, always available to help and ensure everything was perfect. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy this paradise with all the comfort and hospitality.

Wonderful Place. A peace and silence I've never seen. Who is a rented car will have no difficulty buying anything. Within a radius of up to 17min you can buy whatever you need. I just missed a washing machine. But that didn't take away the glow of this marvelous place. Security was the most impressive. I just have to thank you for staying with my family for these 3 wonderful days. I hope to come back.

I went with my mother and the dogs and we love, there is a lot of privacy, everything clean, I always had a quick response, they were very proactive and kind. And the shower is the backyard was the differential, we love💜.

I highly recommend Amanda's house, as soon as we arrived the smell of cleanliness emanated, everything was very clean and fragrant. The house is super-equipped, and has wonderful beds. Amanda and Rosana are super attentive and very kind. We will definitely return and recommend the Natture residence.

Luanda's house is amazing! My husband and I had great days there, the house is quite large, more ideal even for more guests, but we fell in love with the view in the photos and I can say that it was very worthwhile to have chosen it. The proximity to the beach is also a highlight! Tatuamunha beach in my opinion is the best and most beautiful on the ecological route (if you like quiet beaches with little movement this is the place) I hope to have the chance to return and if so, I would certainly choose Luanda's property again!

Very cozy house, well located for those looking for tranquility and the backyard is great for children. The hostess is extremely attentive, quickly responds to the demands and indicates the best local tours and eateries. We're back with the mood to stay! Congratulations

newly built condominium, all-new, is about 10 minutes by car to BR/AL-101 where there is a shopping mall. Everything is well taken care of and with a good structure. There are three great pools , one of them with hydromassage and close to the beach , The stay surprised us with the super complete structure. The house had everything we needed, from filtered water, pots, cutlery, blender, coffee maker, Nespresso and even a cellar! The induction stove and oven. In addition, they are two suites, perfect for accommodating everyone. There are also chairs, parasol and even a thermal cooler, which was super practical. Roberto was attentive and available we hope to come back more often.

This stay is absolutely recommended! We were 6 in the house - including one child - and the house was perfect for us: with plenty of space and complete amenities, comfortable & clean rooms, and a gorgeous shared area (outdoor kitchen, beautiful pool, etc).Allan was super clear and proactive, and Ana was a highlight for us, helping make us feel at home and safe in this house! I truly hope I can come back one day - the only bad part was leaving!

The house corresponds to the photos, everything is arranged with great affection. Delicious family days! No doubt we will stay again when we return to Milagres. Andreza's delicious food and the attention of the hosts were also great differentials! I highly recommend it!

In and I really enjoyed the listing! Beautiful, well decorated, cozy. The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything in the drawers and cupboards, from cleaning items to cooking and table setting items. Everything very clean and neat. It is well located, access is very simple. It is not necessary to take any dirt roads and it is on the main road. Even on the main road, it's very quiet. The condominium is really nice: it has a swimming pool, garage and a simple gym, as well as outdoor tables and chairs for meals and snacks in an open space, if necessary. Despite having a pool in the condominium, it is very quiet and you cannot hear the children playing in the pool when you are inside the studio. Japaratinga is really cool! With quiet beaches all year round, calm waters even at high tide. There are good restaurant options nearby. I recommend PizzaMia for dinner! Check-in and checkout were very easy to do, and the photos in the listing match what we saw.

The beach on the front, perfect! When dry, give for a good walk. And dry or full, the sea bath is wonderful! It also has two nearby beach stalls with delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay, wonderful condominium, well maintained, practically private. A supermarket nearby and a grocery store at the door of the condominium, the carpenter's center with shops and restaurants is also very close. The house was exactly as in the photos, clean bedding, new utensils, but the windows were extremely dirty, even causing a bad impression on arrival. The house near the others in the condominium is simple and with little decoration, there are better cared for and more beautiful ones. The landlord asked Mr. José (responsible for the house) to contact us on the penultimate day, saying that the gardener warned him that we had trampled on the plants, that he could imagine how it was inside his house, detail that there were no plants in the house, only some very poorly cared seedlings, the gardener was bad and wanted to blame us. It was very annoying and ended up ruining the mood, as I have great ratings in all the properties I have rented and I always take care of the cleanliness and care of the properties.

The stay was incredible! The infrastructure of the house is excellent, all very well cared for and comfortable. The location could not be better: a few steps from the beach, perfect for those looking for peace and connection to nature. A real getaway! The hostess was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to assist in whatever you need. We made the raft and buggy tour, both indicated by her, and they were wonderful experiences to get to know the region even more. We're definitely going back and we highly recommend it!
