Beautiful house! Four en-suites in Praça dos Ossos.

Dream house with beautiful social area with swimming pool, steam sauna, terrace with beautiful view and pleasant covered space with barbecue and toilet. With two living rooms, a 70-inch TV room, a full kitchen with a dining room, a toilet and four comfortable suites. The house has a fantastic sea view! Close to four beaches and the Orla Bardot, which leads to Rua das Pedras on foot. Extremely charming and sophisticated house! Accommodates a maximum of eight adults and four children (up to 12 years of age).

Flat Orla Bardot Buzios Front facing the sea

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

Comfort and a wonderful view of Buzios

The house is located in the beach of João Fernandes (150m), the beach has calm waters proper for kids and families. It's near the Rua das Pedras (Downtown Búzios). On the beach there are various bars and restaurants that serve all kind of seafood. The view is wonderful, you can even see the sea from the bed on the top stairs bedroom. The house was completely reformed in 2015, so everything is new. The kitchen is integrated with the barbecue grill, forming a gourmet space that's very pleasurable.

ELEGANT apartment! DOWNTOWN BÚZIOS! Everything within walking distance!

The apartment is very cozy, well decorated and certainly very comfortable. You can do most things on foot, there is no need for a car, everything here is close! such as the beach, the Bardot waterfront, the statue of the 3 fishermen, Rua das Pedras. On the waterfront you will have access to the most popular beaches!! Quiet place that offers what you need. There are good shops with a pharmacy, markets, greengrocer, snack bars, restaurant. We don't have a garage, but we have a very safe street.

Super cozy house with charming decor, very much in the Casa de Praia style. Wonderful location! You can walk to the beaches: Armação, Ossos, Azeda and João Fernandes. The house is 1.3 km from Rua das Pedras, Centro de Búzios, about 10 minutes walking along Orla Bardot. Located at the end of the Bardor waterfront on Armação beach, 50 meters from Ossos beach, 120 meters from Azeda beach, 500 meters from João Fernandes beach and 500 meters from Rua das Pedras, where the best restaurants, bars and nightclubs are located, the suite faces Armação beach. You sleep with a view of the sea, and when you leave the gate you are already on the beach. The suite is equipped with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, TV, stove and refrigerator!!!
