Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Iracema

Ilo is a great host, he gave us all the instructions for a great stay and was very helpful and flexible. The stay was very quiet and comfortable, we rested very well on an amazing family weekend. The house is great, as is the condominium. I highly recommend it!

Great flat, well located and close to the beach. The check-in was smooth and the staff of the concierge was super gentle. André responded quickly and sent guidelines regarding the check-out of the building that even though they were rotating vacancies, there was always a vacancy near the apartment and several options of places to park.

The apartment is brand new, bedding and bathing of excellent quality, we arrived and had coffee powder, salt, coffee strainer, which I found a treat for us guests. Super clean, organized and smelling apartment! Gezer is very attentive and helpful, always responding quickly to messages. In the building there is a market, which breaks the branch a lot for us tourists. It is a block from the crab chico, and it is very safe to walk there. Os ubers e taxis has no difficulty in picking us up or taking us to the building.

Everything was great and we felt at home, the location is perfect to go to the main sights.

Great accommodation! Great space, large balcony and with amazing views, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Excellent location, on the edge of the sea, on the very busy part of the waterfront, near the feirinha. Check-in and check-out were very quiet and quick, everyone's facial registration made the environment safe. The accommodation was clean and organized! Tb has parking and has a market, gym and swimming pools. I and my family loved it, it was an excellent choice, we spent 5 days and had everything we needed! We will return more often and refer to friends!

Great house, very spacious,clean, very good swimming pool, all the rooms suites, the very kind Cláudio, received us very well, close to the beach of Porto das Dunas and the beach park! There are several markets and shopping options nearby!

I loved my stay, the very beautiful apt with an incredible view, complete kitchen, clean , bed linen and impeccable bath. Close to several cool restaurants that you can walk. Raphael the room needs a shutter, because the sensor in the hallway doesn't work well and it's too bright to sleep! in the kitchen, if possible, cutlery, at least one for each guest, was missing! Some utensils such as an electric kettle and some bowls to put ready-made food we loved the stay, the location and the view! We will definitely recommend it! Thank you

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It was clean and organized. The condominium is great, the beach is beautiful and a few minutes walk from the beach park. Anna always responded promptly to our requests. Perfect place for a few days of rest.

The apartment of Teca is very beautiful and comfortable. It simply has everything you may need. We spent a super quiet and nice week. No problem. Everything I needed to talk to rla, I was answered promptly. I would always come back and indicate. The large supermarket is not far away. It has a smaller one nearer. The Night features live music at the entrance of the beach park. I would indicate walking along the beach, it's safer. The pool is wonderful and life-saving throughout business hours.
