The apartment is compact and very well planned, with everything we needed. Impeccable cleanliness and excellent location — close to the center of Niterói, the ferries to Rio and the Oceanic Region. The highlight is the large balcony with a direct view of Christ the Redeemer. We were very comfortable with our 1-year-old daughter, we really felt at home. The host, Adriana, was attentive and helpful from the beginning. The covered parking space next to the elevator made it a lot easier, especially with a lot of luggage. Initially, we booked 5 days and extended it for another week. We plan to return next year!

One of the best places I have stayed in! Absolutely gorgeous! There was excellent communication throughout, and my partner and I had such a a lovely time. We will certainly be back :)

Priscila was the perfect host and deserves more than five stars for being very responsive, friendly and thoughtful. The promptness and quality of her communications puts the five star hotels we have stayed in during this trip to shame. The location is peaceful and very secure and there is a private, first-line view of the beach and sea beyond from the balcony. It’s easy to get around the area, or to and from Rio, using a well known online ride service - but if you have hired a car, the parking is on-site and covered. A little far to walk to most places if like me you are past your prime but that makes it more peaceful and secure while you are here. A great way to finish our travels, very highly recommended.

The apartment is wonderful, we are delighted. Very cozy, clean and with a wonderful view. The building is very well located and facing the sea. Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and with a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with a glass of wine and they even took care to leave coffee capsules for every day of our stay. It's that care that makes the difference! Thank you Leonardo! Your kindness and constant attention made all the difference, transforming the stay into something far beyond a simple accommodation. The care in every detail is clear, both in communication and in the way everything is conducted with respect and professionalism. The apartment is impeccable: comfortable, well-equipped, with modern and functional facilities. The location is excellent, close to everything you need, which makes the routine of those who are passing through or working much easier. But what really makes the place special is the host's welcome, readiness and human touch, which can make any guest feel at home. I recommend it without hesitation, I will be back soon.

Arno & Igor have applied their attention, creative talent, and care to creating a beautiful oasis in busy and exciting Rio. The view is so incredible that even our local friends couldn’t stop commenting on it and snapping photos. The layout and design carefully considers how to make effective use of the apartment resulting in a comfortable stay where we felt at home immediately. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms private. I stayed here with a friend/colleague during a project we were working on together and it was a wonderful place for us to collaborate and have as a base for our time in Rio. Urca was the perfect place to stay with beaches, food, grocery, and walking distance to significant sites and landmarks. In a busy city this little community was safe and walkable. Even as a solo female traveller I felt comfortable on my own, which elsewhere in Rio is definitely not recommended/the case. Stay here, you will be so glad you did.

It was better than any expectation of mine. The apartment is very well furnished, airy and more spacious than it looks. It has a beautiful view of the windows and the location is great, with several leisure options nearby. Everything very clean and smelling, and Jamyle is a sweetheart! I did not miss anything. I intend to return ❤️

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

The Beauty of the Beach Exceeded my Expectations and the House was just perfect for an open-air, restful and safe visit. We ate a Fresh Fish Platter for lunch at a local Beach Kiosk and were NOT Disappointed!

I loved my stay, it was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to return. House is exactly like in the pictures, the view is even better! Comércios next to the house, snack bars,I particularly ordered at ifood which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, I responded quickly and I had no problems!

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!
