A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

The stay was great ! The house is well located, in a quiet location and close to the beach and Itaipuaçu shops. Impeccable cleanliness, pleasant pool and Lilian is an excellent host. Matches the ad!

Wonderful stay – ideal for families with children and groups of friends! Our experience was simply spotless! The house is extremely comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with large rooms that perfectly accommodated our family, which included a 5-year-old child, full of energy. For those traveling with children, the place is excellent: safe, with plenty of room to play, plus bicycles available. The outdoor area is a real highlight — the barbecue is great for socializing and the heated pool guaranteed fun even on the coldest day. Another point we loved was the variety of board games available, perfect for group leisure time and for entertaining the children during rest times. The house provides both fun and tranquility, ideal for relaxing and recharging.

We loved our stay. Very fragrant rooms and bedding. The place is beautiful, very quiet and private, but at the same time less than 5 minutes' drive from the main street and shops. The house's Wi-Fi worked well all the time. Well-equipped kitchen. Rodrigo and Andra were very kind hosts and available for everything we requested. We feel very at home. The bath was the only point that in principle I thought would not be so good since it was very cold, but it was more the trick of getting the hang of it. Opening the water a little, it still comes out with pressure and hot. So nothing to complain about.

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

The Beauty of the Beach Exceeded my Expectations and the House was just perfect for an open-air, restful and safe visit. We ate a Fresh Fish Platter for lunch at a local Beach Kiosk and were NOT Disappointed!

Excellent! That's the only word to describe Raquel's house and our stay. The place is identical to the photos and super cozy, clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay, including the kitchen (a point that many houses usually leave to be desired). For those who go with pets, you can rest assured that there is no risk of them running away or entering any bushes (the house is completely walled, with privacy and linear). Raquel is a great host, very dear, attentive and responds super fast. You want to live there forever. We'll be back more often for sure.

Highly recommended! This was our second time staying at Laurent’s place with a group of students. It’s a spacious and tastefully furnished old villa located in Santa Teresa, one of Rio’s most charming historic neighborhoods. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again next year!

I went to celebrate my birthday with my family! We spent a wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable and with a wonderful view. The house is huge and even more beautiful in person. I want to highlight Fabio's kindness and quick responses, who was impeccable in communication from the beginning. I believe, without a doubt, that this is one of the best spaces in Copacabana. Explico: new environment, spacious, clean, very quiet; perfect kitchen, with all the necessary utensils (electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.). It has hot water on all the taps and the shower is of high quality. The two conditioned ares are new and with clean filters. The whole place is very clean and organized. There is nothing missing! The street is practically inside a village and there is no noise at all. It is close to the Bread and Company bakery - which sells the best powdered biscuits with cheese; from the Adega Pérola boat; from many bars, markets and gyms, as well as being less than 100 m from the Arcoverde metro station. In addition, Gregório is a host example: always available and with a diuturnal attention. I will always return, the space this spectacular, when you return to Rio, if you have availability!!!

The house is Bellaaaa super spacious and safe the house and sector, the spacious rooms, their kitchen, the very nice pool, in general everything. The whole house was super clean, it was easy to get to, the communication with Ronaldo was wide super attentive. The host was super nice with us.
