Quiet place and great gourmet area, we went in 4 people and served perfectly, the only point was in relation to the air of one of the rooms needs maintenance, but in the general context the stay was very good and quiet.

The house is beautiful, cozy and super complete. You can notice the affection in every detail. A quiet, calm and perfect place to rest and reconnect. I was delighted and want to come back!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Well ventilated and safe house.

We loved staying at Phelipe's house. We went with our Golden Retriever and were very well received. We will return at other times.

It was a very good experience, from the beginning the hosts were extremely helpful, when we arrived at the house they were at the place to welcome us with all the affection, show us the house, answer our questions about the location and what they had to do. They left a little souvenir to welcome us and whenever we needed it very quickly. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very cozy, has all the utensils in the kitchen, the beach is beautiful and is very close to Castilians and anchieta. My family and I left there with the urge to always return! It was a very pleasant experience and I thank Glícia and Alex so much for welcoming us so well!

Great stay! The house is very well structured, it has everything that is necessary for us to make ourselves at home. The location is very good, with no need to use a car to go to Praia do Morro.

The Gilmara space is amazing, amid many trees, filled with nature,a peace! Gilmara was extremely kind, we traveled with a family carrying a small child and a dog and there was no one who said that she was not at will, she received us with great affection, hinted from a taxi driver who picked us up at the airport! It was really sensational, this family trip was for the purpose of going to a wedding, the Gilmara space is close to some ceremonials, but we all leave with the feeling of wanting more! The apartment was impeccable, all very clean and organized. The host was extremely helpful, always responding quickly when requested. The apartment is very well located, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants… I felt at home!!! I highly recommend!!!

Quiet place for a couple alone or with a child. Beautiful landscapes, close to great beaches, in the midst of nature and with what is necessary to make yourself comfortable. Familia super cozy and without any inconvenience. I recommend it!

Cozy house with suites and air conditioning, easy access to the beaches. The property features a well-equipped kitchen and living room, comfortable beds and clothing storage space. There is also the option of having an extremely attentive and communicative person who can clean the house and prepare breakfast. Note: It is not ideal for those who wish to bring pets, as the space is not suitable for the comfort of the animals to keep the house clean. Overall an excellent stay option!

Playa de Guaibura is a quiet place, perfect for those looking for quiet. But at the same time, it is close to more hectic locations.

We had a wonderful experience at this stay in Guarapari during the Holy Week holiday! Since the time of arrival, we were greeted with great affection — the hostess surprised us with a super special treat: an Easter egg that made our day even sweeter and more welcoming. The house is simply charming, decorated with very good taste in a rustic style that conquered us right away. Everything was impeccable, organized and prepared to make us feel at home. Me and my friends were extremely pleased with every detail of the stay and, without a doubt, we indicated with our eyes closed! We are already nostalgic and we will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect! Priscilla was extremely attentive. The house is excellent. Fully equipped to enjoy and relax. Kitchen utensils, hygiene items, barbecue, beach items. Everything that can provide rest and comfort. The location is excellent, the condominium is safe. We will come back more often to be able to take moments of rest.

We love the stay and are already planning our next trip. The clean and organized place, clean linens, clean bathrooms, all the kitchen utensils, the extremely ventilated and tasty house, good barbecue area, with everything you need, clean towels. The super nice water, finally we love everything on this trip! The hosts are extremely kind, helpful, they explained everything very well, they were always available and ready to solve any issue, even the gas was over and it was solved quickly, at least it is definitely worth it. I recommend it.

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. We look forward to returning soon!

We were treated very well by Paulo and his father Luiz Carlos. The house is excellent, in measure, but the real view is MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the photos! Besides, it's a 5-minute walk to the beach!

We recommend the Casa, which is very nice, wide, well equipped. 1 block from Praia, it was all we needed. The fact that it had a garage was an extra facilitator. Penha is very attentive and helpful. We spent incredible days in this paradise

The place is simply beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The outside area is amazing and provides moments of pure relaxation. The hosts (Maristela and Santiago) are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to help.
