We already knew the Peracanga region but first time we stayed with Adriano Carlos. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, with many utensils, dish cloths, and is located in the best region, right in front of the entrance to the kiosks in addition to having a very good pool and BBQ area. We love the experience, we'll be back for sure.

I endorse the positive comments already posted. In the research period, I read them all, and it was instrumental in validating our choice. We felt at home, an extremely pleasant experience, we had no problem, in fact it is a real corner of paradise. Very attentive Shirley and always caring about maintaining our well-being throughout the stay. I look forward to returning, nor will I need to further research the stay in Enseada Azul, it is already chosen, thank you Shirley for providing us these pleasurable and peaceful days!

Wonderful stay! super flexible and attentive Juliana. Small details were very important, like a chocolate she left for me when I arrived. Tb had a coffee maker and she left coffee powder and sugar. Amazing!🤍 Ambiente corresponded with the photos, all extremely clean.

We had a great experience at Ricardo's accommodation! The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The location is excellent, very close to the beaches of Peracanga and Bacutia, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was clean and organized, and Ricardo was a very attentive and helpful host, always available to answer questions and help with whatever was needed. I recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet and pleasant stay in the region! I would definitely stay there again.

AP excellent in all aspects, I took the grandpa and the grandmother, who already has a certain difficulty to walk, and the location was decisive, access to the beach is very good, foot in the sand. Three families and all satisfied, nothing to complain about. Nilton and Rogéria very helpful!

Juliana is very solicitous. The house is very complete and well cared for, with the right place for each item...we felt at home. Blackout curtains, super comfortable pillow and bed made our nights' sleep even better. The screens on the window provided more security for the children. Fully integrated apartment, facilitating mobility and providing spaciousness. The region is very quiet and with easy access to all regions of Guarapari. I was able to walk/run every morning and felt safe. On the last day, I discovered a charming restaurant in the city centre, serving delicious food by the kilo, with everything spotlessly clean. They also sold a wonderful bean-to-bar chocolate.

It was a really enjoyable experience! Spacious, clean, high-quality and very well-located accommodation with a beautiful sea view. The Host is always very attentive and polite.

The stay was EXCEPTIONAL. A large, airy and wonderful apartment. For those who want to stand on the sand at Peracanga beach is SURELY the BEST OPTION. I want to go back

The apartment is great very close to the beach of Bacutia which is beautiful with calm and crystal clear waters, a great place for children. For those with small children, the apartment is perfect because it is very close to the beach, to walk quietly.

One of the best stays I've ever had for sure, beautiful apartment all new, wonderful view. Great TV with firestick to watch whatever you want, great beds, large and spacious kitchen, great laundry, brand new washing machine, lots of bathrooms, wonderful shower, hotel bath! Large refrigerator and freezing well, ice in the door. And on top of all that, Leonardo is a great host, always responding quickly and very attentively! We loved the experience in Guarapari and this place made everything perfect! Thank you, we will definitely be back, I highly recommend it!!!

Flávia is an excellent hostess, always quickly answering questions. My family and I really feel at home, the apartment is perfect, with a beautiful sea view. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it was not missed at any time, natural ventilation alone was enough, and there were fans in every room that worked perfectly. We loved the stay and plan to be back soon!

My family and I spent incredible and unforgettable days, Rafael and Erica's apartment is charming, beautiful, everything in extremely good taste, we felt like we were in a hotel. Rafael responds promptly and clarifies all doubts, description and photos of the place made accurately, employees and residents of the building super polite and attentive, it is our second time in this spectacular place and we will certainly return God willing. The view from the room is a show in itself, spectacular, a gift from God, if I may give you a tip/advice: take at least 1 day to contemplate the sunrise, surreal and beautiful.

Staying at Karla’s place has been nothing short of amazing. For starters, she was very proactive to help us do our check in despite us arriving much later than planned. And during our stay, she was extremely kind and responsive whenever we needed help. The little dependence where we stayed was perfect to have privacy and a peaceful stay while enjoying the beach nearby during the semana santa. We even ended up extending our stay!

Our stay in this apartment was great! The space was spacious, decorated with a lot of style for a perfect vacation. The location is privileged, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry and others. In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the apartment were impeccable. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort and practicality during the holidays! And the pool and hot tub are a show in themselves.

The place is wonderful! Beautiful as in the photos, great location and we were greeted by the host's uncle who is very friendly(that kind of person you want to befriend). The host responded quickly, always demonstrating promptness and proactivity. It was worth every penny paid! The only bad thing was having to leave…
