Giovanni's apartment is extremely comfortable and has a spectacular view of Ponta Negra beach! The location is perfect, close to everything, such as pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, markets, shops and craft fairs, that is, everything can be done on foot; safe and well-policed surroundings. The location is perfect for those who are going to do the tourist tours in the region, as it is easy to search for the receptives that provide this service. Communication with Valéria was very effective and efficient, and she quickly answered any questions that arose. I did not use the services of the building's restaurant. But I would definitely stay at Giiovanni's apartment again!!

We loved the house, it faces the sea, the view from the sofa is beautiful, we had coffee at the table with a perfect view of the sea, the very spacious en-suite bedroom with air-conditioning, clean and fragrant bath towels, we didn't miss anything in the kitchen because it has many utensils, the location of the house is very good, but there is no commerce on the same street, but there is a supermarket/bakery a 10-minute walk away, the neighborhood is very safe and great for walks, we just missed a TV lol for the kids to watch at night! Spacious house with a barbecue and even charcoal was already there.

The apartment is excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us like beer and cold cuts. The view is amazing, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we go back to Natal, we'll stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!

I recommend the accommodation. The view of the Ap is great, you can see the whole black beach. Apartment in a residential condominium, quiet and well ventilated. Good pool. Comfortable rooms. The kitchen with several utensils as per advertisement. The host is great. Great location close to pharmacies, mini markets, bakeries and some restaurants. It is possible to walk on the beach along the black-tip slopes.
