The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

For the third time we rented Kelps' house and as always, everything was perfect. The apartment is excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us like beer and cold cuts. The view is amazing, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we go back to Natal, we'll stay there again if we have the opportunity.

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment! The view of the sea is simply incredible, a true spectacle at any time of the day. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist spots, which made our stay much easier. The apartment is extremely well organized, comfortable and impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. All environments are well cared for, and the decor creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. the apartment DOES NOT MATCH the ad(laughs), reason: for the photos is an area and then you arrive and you find a beautiful, comfortable, clean and nice AP. The check in was a bit complicated, but it was all the fault of the hotel reception, they said I didn't have the reservation, the names were different from ours, I arrived very late almost midnight and had to bother the host by calling late(although he did not answer kk) and it was just a mistake of communication from the same hotel, other than all this exceeded my expectations. It accommodates the 6 people well, has a lattice, a balcony with a very pleasant table, two pools being one near the reception and the other in a living space together with the Barramares condominium, 3 blocks, super wooded, the dishes can turn, there is no Airfryer but the rest of it, it was without drinking water. Finally this experience exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to everyone, I hope to come back soon!!
