Despite the cold, expected at this time, we managed to enjoy the island, hike the bonnet (Renata's recommendation) and still spend the day at the Porto do Engenho restaurant (also Renata's recommendation). The house itself met our needs well. It was easy to access. The only observation I would make is that it has stairs and elderly people or people with mobility difficulties may not be able to climb up to the rooms.

Excellent host, super kind and helpful, third time I'm going to this same chalet and I'll come back more times! I recommend 100%
