Fabulous find for those looking to get away with the family. The home is adorable, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The yard is big and quiet with wonderful porches for lounging and meals. We especially loved the way the kitchen connects to the outdoors making enjoying breakfast while enjoying the beautiful morning simple. Beds were comfortable and linens very clean. The beach was a short walk, and absolutely breathtaking. Check this place out, your family will love it

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house corresponds perfectly to forró. It is large, ventilated, has comfortable beds, swimming pool always clean and cared for. But the cherry of the cake of the stay, was to hire the service of Nice. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. Makes you feel at home, cooks with love of everything a little. He is always smiling on his face. A true gift of the stay. Thank you so much, Nice, for taking care of myself and my family. The house is large, and the rooms are comfortable. In the kitchen, the owner has several utensils, facilitating the preparation of food. The swimming pool is reasonably large. The owner and the caretakers were very caring, kind and proactive. For sure, it would be a second time on site.

The stay was wonderful! Rafael was a super proactive and easy-to-communicate host, he helped with all the details I needed. Mari and Mazé, who take care of the house, are great, they solve everything and more! The house is exactly as pictured and a little more. I hope to be back soon!

The house is located in a condominium of small ranches. It has everything from kitchen utensils, a pleasant space and a very large balcony. The place is quite wooded, which provides a feeling of tranquility and peace. Great for those who want to de-stress and rest. The host Angela is helpful, very attentive to all the details, giving us all the directions on how to get to the place, answering all our questions. I can't help but mention Mr. Djair, who takes care of the house and welcomed us very well when we arrived.

Bruno was super attentive to me and my group - we had a problem with the check-in time due to complications in Fortaleza, but he was understanding. Always available to answer questions. The apartment was clean and compatible with the descriptions. The location is super quiet and the condominium itself has few residents, which makes the place feel like home and family. We were made to feel very welcome and would definitely return.

Hello, I loved the space, we went as 4 people and it was great, everything was the same as in the listing, everything working, well located building, it took us a while to see but there is a shop inside the building in the pool area, it's well worth it, because the nearby markets are 300m +... the beach is very close, one block away and there is a very good kiosk there and very easy to get to, 10 out of 10 for accommodation, I would love to stay there when I return from jericoacoara but unfortunately for me it is already rented, because I would definitely return, it would be great!!!!

Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decoration and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good stalls near the street of the apartment. The host was super helpful, sending directions, which were visited and really worth it. Returning to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!
