The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Hello, I loved the space, we went as 4 people and it was great, everything was the same as in the listing, everything working, well located building, it took us a while to see but there is a shop inside the building in the pool area, it's well worth it, because the nearby markets are 300m +... the beach is very close, one block away and there is a very good kiosk there and very easy to get to, 10 out of 10 for accommodation, I would love to stay there when I return from jericoacoara but unfortunately for me it is already rented, because I would definitely return, it would be great!!!!

Very well located condominium, by the sea, the apartment is on the first floor and it is easy to access the beach, facing the sea, next to the stairs that exit the balcony to the condominium patio, there is a playground, the pool is wonderful, easy and quick check-in, two parking spaces, full kitchen for preparing meals, including our breakfasts every day in the apartment and we made dinner too, located near the beach park, A quiet beach to enjoy and there is no shortage of space for children, there is a beach volleyball court that belongs to the condominium and football, I took my three dogs (Yorkshire terriers) and there was plenty of space to walk with them. Daniel is an excellent host, from the first contact until the departure from the apartment, he always responded very quickly and gave all the necessary instructions, he is to be congratulated on everything! Anyway, I recommend it and I will definitely stay at Terramaris again, an excellent place!

Great apartment, with a wonderful view. As there were only 2 of us, the apartment met our needs. Clean and organized place with full kitchen. The surroundings seemed safe to me, and very good for those who like to practice physical activity. Anyway, I felt at home. I will definitely have a favourite place to stay when I return to Fortaleza.

My stay at the resort was amazing! Check-in was super fast and done by an attentive and helpful team. The facilities are modern, well-maintained and comfortable. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a great view. The leisure areas, such as the pool and the spa and gym, are clean and ideal for relaxing, although the gym is a bit rusty. The location is privileged, with easy access to tourist attractions and natural landscapes. It was a memorable experience, and I recommend it for those looking for comfort, quality and great service.

We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. The house is large, and the rooms are comfortable. In the kitchen, the owner has several utensils, facilitating the preparation of food. The swimming pool is reasonably large. The owner and the caretakers were very caring, kind and proactive. For sure, it would be a second time on site.

The resort is next to Beach Park and you can enter the water park 1 hour before it opens. The beach is practically private, and has a lifeguard on duty. The pool area is also super monitored. There are several activities for both adults and children. I lack words to describe the infinity of affective memories that were created in the days I stayed in the apartment. I hope to return soon. The house is beautiful, as in the photos. Very comfortable. The condominium is beautiful too. Anna always responded quickly, I even had a little problem late at night and she responded promptly. In short, my family and I like it a lot. I highly recommend it.
