The car stays in the garage and everything can be reached on foot. The apartment has two bedrooms, a social bathroom and an en-suite, a kitchen, a living/dining room, a laundry room, a balcony and a parking space. In addition, our apartment is very airy and well lit. A safe condominium, with intercom, gourmet area, game room and shower.

All constructions are made of apparent solid brick, reminiscent of an ancient style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions
