The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Because it is close to everything, pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, tourist attractions, etc., the use of the car becomes almost unnecessary. Saquarema's best location and infrastructure. Promotional packages, according to the length of stay and number of guests. Minimum of 5 nights on New Year's Eve and Carnival. Minimum of 8 people on these dates.

It is an environment that uses white color and all the wood part with ipe color (darker), the external doors are in Mexican style. The floor is made of white tiles with a 30-cm baseboard in the same material. The furniture is made of hardwood, sometimes with glass. All constructions are made of apparent solid brick, reminiscent of an ancient style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions

Relax in our grassy garden with trees, enjoy our pool overlooking the sea and have special moments in our gourmet area with barbecue facilities and beer tap. Our home has 4 bedrooms, all with air AC, with 3 being en-suite. There is a cozy living room with satellite tv; a games room with darts and snookers and a beautiful kitchen with a balcony boasting stunning views of the ocean. It is excellent for home-office with 420 mz internet.

The entrance of the modern house is framed by tall cacti and decorative plants. Clear glass awning provides shade, while large windows allow natural light into the interior. A pathway leads to the main door, offering a welcoming approach.

All spaces are rented to only 1 guest. There are 5 rooms all on the ground floor, with a beautiful pool, 5 minutes from the beach and the lagoon, on a very quiet and safe street with good lighting. Close to the city center, 6 minutes on foot from Boqueirao Beach, 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot from Vila Beach. Essential shopping nearby, being able to do everything without using a car. Children and animals live in complete harmony with nature.
