If you are going to Ovar or need a place between Porto and Aveiro, you MUST book this space. Adriana is so lovely and kind. You feel like you're at home just with her presence. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured although the bed looked smaller in the photos and we were delighted that it was a giant king. We loved our stay. Our daughter loved the backyard space and the daybed. She slept like she was at home, and that rarely happens. Adriana gave us recommendations and told us where local shops were. The apartment is on an adorable street without cars and that was sweet to walk right out into the action, but it wasn't crowded by cars.

Amazing place to have a relax stay, very comfortable for 2 couples, close to the beach an lots of good restaurant options. It is on the ground floor and there is a great outside space to have breakfast and also a barbecue is available. Pedro is a really nice guy always available to help.

A perfect stay!!! The enviable location, you can walk everywhere, an area with an atmosphere to have a drink and eat or dine...and the hosts are super nice and always attentive when we need something!!! We'll be back!!!😊😊

Once there you never want to leave. Wonderfully decorated, big bright apartment, you are on the 4th floor so you have unrestricted views of the promenade, the port and waves of the Atlantic! The sun pours into every room, and the 2 added terraces are perfect for a early morning cup of coffee or a late evening glass of Port🍷Hope to return for a longer stay !

I loved the house of Gafanha, that's what we were looking for. It was days of rest, the neighborhood is very quiet, we like it a lot. Cristiana was very helpful and polite, giving clear and helpful information. I highly recommend it.

We had a excellent stay in Cernache. The spacious apartment offered enough space for all our needs and was attractively furnished and very clean. The processed wood has a great scent. Antonio personally greeted us and gave us tips on the stay and the area. Particularly beautiful was the garden with orange and lemon trees, which gave us fresh juice for the breakfast table, a playhouse and swings as well as a small pool, which was particularly pleasing to our daughter. Coimbra is just a stone's throw away, but Cernache also welcomed us in a very friendly way, the people on site were all very accommodating. Thank you!

Very authentic in a quite location. Lovely teraces

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

Excellent! A very good place to spend a vacation. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed to spend a few weeks on vacation. The view we have of the ocean is wonderful. Mr. António is very attentive. I highly recommend it.

Apartment with a very quiet location. Very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing as a family. Sea views from the house and very close to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Afonso and Luis, the hosts are very friendly and willing. 100% recommended!

Marina was very attentive, she let us out later to take some time in the morning at the beach. In addition to leaving us beautiful natural flowers and a couple of bottles of water. Everything really phenomenal. It had a very complete kitchen for a family of 4/5 people; and even oil, vinegar and salt, although we do not use it but it is appreciated what they have. Thank you very much.

Rui was a very attentive host and always responded quickly. Communication was always exemplary. The accommodation corresponded to the description or also the previous comments (kitchen equipment really had the essentials). I felt comfortable, even though the walls were very thin and you could always hear the neighbours.

It was really great in the apartment. The apartment is much nicer and much larger than in the pictures. Everything worked great and it was quiet in the area. It was worth the time and money. Regards, Domi
