Family-friendly holiday rentals in Praia da Rocha Baixinha

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

The accommodation was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the views in the morning on the rooftop where unforgettable, the host was very helpful and approachable when needing some guidance, the only concern is that we didn’t stay for longer!! Would 100% recommend

We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

Paulo is a fantastic host, our very first Air bnb ! We would definitely recommend as it was just the perfect holiday for us! Lots of walks and beaches are beautiful, all within a few minutes walk. A great small supermarket with Coffee bar again just a few minutes walk. Brilliant , loved it!

It was a charming accommodation. It was big for two people and we felt comfortable right away. Communication was easy. All in all, we were very please.

Our stay was wonderful, the townhouse is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot, yet so close to town! The hot tub was great in the evenings. It was super clean and has beautiful Portuguese charm. The space is large and private, it is nice to park your car right at the door to bring luggage in. Communication and recommendations were good. Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

Fatima's home is really cozy and Fatima was easy and good to communicate with. We enjoyed the stay, and it was nice to be able to retreat and enjoy the small studio apartment. Great recommendations from here.

We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

7 friends had a great stay at this villa. It's so spacious, and great views with a great pool area. It's easy and cheap to get into town through Ubers (5 euro), and just a great place to relax. The rooms were all nice and big with en-suites, and showers were good. Kitchen was well stocked as well, and we had lots of BBQs - which being gas was quick and convenient. Highly recommend to friends and/or families that would want to say. You'd struggle to find any problems with this place.

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

This apartment was a dream for us while staying at Portimão, we felt immediately at home with the beautiful decoration, all the amenities we could need, spotless clean, good internet and a balcony with view to the beach. The apartment itself is 5 stars and we wished we could stay longer. The location is also perfect, very close with easily walkable distance to the beautiful beach of “os três irmãos”. Pedro was extremely nice, responsive and super helpful. We, a family of 3 with a 7 year old, were extremely happy and wishing to come back. Fantastic deal, thank you so much Pedro!

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The space was peaceful, comfortable, and full of charm – the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and you can really feel the care that’s gone into creating such a welcoming environment. One of the unexpected highlights was getting to meet their three lovely dogs – Nuts, Thelma, and Louise. Each of them has such a sweet personality, and they added so much warmth and character to our stay. Thank you for the incredible hospitality – I hope to return again soon!

Silvia has always been very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is perfect and a 10-minute walk from the old town of Lagos, 20 minutes from the beaches. Everything is available: beach towels, parasol, beach toys... The welcome gifts are fabulous (breakfast, fridge almost full!!!...). I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Susana’s place. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean (very happy to let my little one crawl around on the floors it was so clean!). Much bigger than the photos. Pool area was very peaceful. Lots of amenities without being cluttered. Well stocked kitchen and generous welcome pack. We had a wonderful stay at Cor and Lucia's apartment! The space was incredibly well-equipped, spacious, and spotless—everything we needed was right was available. The apartment felt like a true home away from home. Cor and Lucia were such kind and responsive hosts, always quick to communicate and eager to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were also warmly welcomed by Carla, who were both pleasant and extremely helpful throughout our visit. It’s clear that the entire team genuinely cares about their guests' experience. Highly recommended—would absolutely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect for our family trip, there were 6 adults in our party and this apartment provided plenty of space for everyone to get together yet also have their own privacy. Anne was a great host providing all the necessary information before travel for access and location and even provided an additional set of keys we requested. There was every amenity available that you would need for a comfortable stay, together with a great location.

Stunningly beautiful and private oasis! You get all the privacy you want in this gorgeous house with an amazing eco garden. The natural pool is great…no chlorine, no itch. Jan is a super nice and responsive host. We’ be back

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent two weeks in Inês' condo, a very attentive host. The condo is spacious, well-equipped, bright and very comfortable. A large, intimate balcony located in front of a unique landscape. You feel like you're on holiday, in the quiet and warmth. The beach is 10 minutes walk. Nearby, a very reliable car rental company: Ready 2 drive. In short, a great discovery! Thank you Inês!

Nicely furnished, modern flat in Albufeira marina. Clean and lots of natural light. Comfortable balcony with a view of the shared pool and the marina. Lots of restaurants right downstairs. Convenient parking spot in building. Anabela, the Host greeted us and was responsive and helpful during our stay. The bathroom could use a makeover…the only outlet in the bathroom did not work, the bathtub drain was rusty and the shower curtain needs to changed. The kitchen is quaint and fully functional. The drip coffeemaker needs to be replaced or at least replace the filter. Thankfully, they also had a Nespresso coffee maker. Washer was a plus. If your stay is longer than a week, you will get fresh linens an towels. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

A charming and eclectic place with a magical vibe. We stayed in Honeysuckle cottage, which has the kitchen/living in a separate entrance but this actually made us spend more time in this room which became our favourite. Beautiful antique furniture! The garden is absolutely stunning and you’ll have a beautiful time even if you don’t go anywhere else. The owners are lovely and kind people, always responsive and helpful with recommendations.
