The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

Adriano is an attentive host, always available, flexible and polite. Your house is even better than the ad presents, very spacious with all the utensils in full functionality. We will definitely return at another time.

Great stay! Marcos is a very helpful host and responds promptly. The house has the warmth of grandma's houses, great barbecue, swimming pool, close to the markets and very quiet neighborhood. We discovered many beaches and tours around and Marcos indicated many others as well. There are still places to visit in the city of Ubatuba and we will stay with Marcos again to see them. You can go easy! Great stay.

We had excellent days in Ubatuba. We were in 3 families and the house served us well. The house itself is simple, but it accommodates guests who have no freshness very well. The house was very clean and organized in our Check-in! The house is in a place far from muvuca, so it is calm and quiet. The host Alexandre is extremely helpful and attentive in communication. Very good people, helped us and indicated a waterfall nearby, made our Check-in and Check-out more flexible. Thank you for everything, Alexandre!

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

The house is exactly the same as in the photos - and the plus is that the air-conditioning, despite being old as shown in the photos, works very well, we even go cold on the first night. The house quietly accommodates 13 people in addition to being very well equipped with various dishes, cutlery, pans, airfryer, microwave and etc. The whole barbecue area is wonderful and clean. Besides the "room" of games is very nice. It has a market, bakery and pharmacy nearby - 15-minute walk and the nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. The hosts answered all our quick questions and extended our check out from 12pm to 7pm so we can enjoy some more of Caragua. IT WAS ALL amazing!!

The home itself is cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel completely at ease. It truly felt like a home away from home. The stay was perfect, sorry we were not able to enjoy the apartment very much, since we went to participate in the beach tennis circuit that was happening in Ubatuba. But we'll be back for sure.

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

The apartment is mto well located, away from the turmoil by the beach, market, bakery, pharmacy. The kitchen is complete, it has accommodated us very well. We love it, we intend to go back.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

Space very close to the beach, excellent structure, cozy and organized. good internet and well furnished. Half-smooth double mattress, but nothing that gets in the way. In front of the big beach with several options of markets and restaurants. I will definitely come back at a future opportunity.
