Beautiful place, the walking experience in the sand was wonderful, very quiet and safe place. The only problem was the cleaning, meat-blooded refrigerator, bathroom with a not very nice odor and the rooms are very hot.

We loved the place. Speaking of location, it is close to Guarani Street, you can walk there and it is close to the beach, if you want to go there. It is 20/30 minutes from the beaches I like to go to the most, Lázaro, Enseada, Félix... About the apartment, super clean, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, with air conditioning, a super nice balcony and a comfortable bed! We spent 5 days. The WiFi works really well, and so does the Smart TV for watching a series. The pool on the top floor is very cozy and wonderful to rest after a day at the beach. In short, we will definitely be back.

I absolutely adored my stay! The airbnb was so cozy and welcoming, the decor gives such a peaceful vibe. The outside patio area is perhaps the most stunning place to just relax, read book, or enjoy a meal at the table. I booked this place to celebrate my 25th birthday with a solo trip. Safety, comfort, and the location were my biggest priorities and this place delivered above and beyond my expectations on all three. Dona Nice helped me the check-in and check-out and she is the most lovely and kind person. She was so flexible and helpful when I explained that I'd be arriving later than expected. Great communication and hospitality!! I am definitely planning on coming again because I adored exploring Ubatuba and getting to come back to such a beautiful and relaxing place at the end of the day. I'm so glad that I spent the weekend here, this has definitely been my favorite airbnb stay! Thank you so much :)

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck at the top was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable, the rooms are good and the bathrooms are large, but they do not provide towels. Kitchen with all the utensils, spacious outdoor area and a beautiful view, very faithful to the photos. We like it a lot, I recommend it and I will return in the future.

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air out a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and there is not much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

We felt at home. A small but very clean and beautiful apartment. Highly recommended!!!
