truly a great place to stay. go downstairs in 20 yards away is the beach with great restaurants bars supermarkets everything nearby with within walking distance. what made this trip even better was the wonderful host who was very attentive to all my questions

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and was super clean. Due to a communication error on my part, I did not request a mattress for my one-year-old son, and I promptly received the mattress. The view of the sunrise, as shown in the photos, is a must-see. I highly recommend it for those who like to do activities in the landfill, and for the proximity to Catete :)

The apartment is beautiful, cozy and Paulo responds super fast. It met all my expectations. Situated next to the beachfront, there is a very good restaurant. Without talking about the gym, perfect!

The flat was extremely clean and the location was amazing, was close to the beach (4 min walk), close to a small enclosed centre with all the essential shops and Guilherme was really helpful when it came to information and safety, would recommend this place! 😁

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On a future trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !
