We spent 9 wonderful days. Mr. Claudinei very kind, polite and ready to answer us. We gave us all the check-in and checkout information, condominium rules, restaurant suggestions, stalls, everything so that we had excellent lodging. We arrived a little before the time and we were well served. Apartment impeccable, sandy foot, clean, airy, safe, cozy, well-equipped kitchen, easy access, next to supermarkets, very close to the center, we did everything on foot. The spectacular leisure area, saunas, heated pool, cold infinity pool, game room, gym, all perfect and free for use in the condominium with a lot of kindness and cordiality . Good beach, well-structured beach stalls with chairs, umbrellas, good food. It was very worth it. We thank you for everything and will certainly be back at other times.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, the view from the balcony is incredible and the apartment is complete, it has everything you need for short or long stays. My wife and I stayed for 30 days, everything was great, everything was fine. Haa the neighborhood is also the best in PG. Anyway, everything was great.

Our experience was incredible!!!! From the 1st contact to check-out, Rosa was kind, attentive and empathetic. Very helpful, she greeted us personally at check-in and introduced us to all the amenities of the condominium and apartment. The condominium offers many leisure options, the heated pool is wonderful...very polite staff and a safe place. The apartment is extremely comfortable, equipped and very well decorated. He left the condominium and crossed the street, he is already on the beach!!!! Comfortable beds, great shower and the view from the balcony to the sea is SPECTACULAR!!!!!! An indescribable spectacle.... We slept to the sound of the sea... The region offers everything, we don't take the car out of the garage for anything. Next to the condominium, there is a Carrefour and a 24-hour pharmacy. The beachfront is beautiful, structured and safe with many dining and leisure options. Rosa's recommendation of the bakery and cafeteria is a gift for us guests! I recommend everyone visit. We will definitely return!!!

I had a great experience! The location was perfect for my purpose (it's a 2-minute walk from where I would work)! In addition, it is close to the mall and several bakeries and supermarkets. The apartment is exactly as advertised, it has many utensils (iron, dryer) the kitchen has various appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.). Bruno is very helpful, the reception staff are polite and helpful. Anyway, I found the value extremely fair for what is offered and I would certainly stay again.

From the first contact, the host Eduardo was very kind, helpful and attentive. The apartment is very well located, markets and other shops are very close. It was simply perfect for my stay because it is exactly in the region where I always stay. The apartment is identical to the photos, well organized, clean, very comfortable the “bunk beds/sofas” that are in the living room, I slept very well. Several outlets around the house (110 and 220) and all marked, this helped me a lot and was excellent in the house. I will definitely come back with my friends to enjoy a few more weekends in Praia Grande! I thank Eduardo for all the education in receiving us, presenting the apartment and at the time of handing over the keys as well!
