We spent 9 wonderful days. Mr. Claudinei very kind, polite and ready to answer us. We gave us all the check-in and checkout information, condominium rules, restaurant suggestions, stalls, everything so that we had excellent lodging. We arrived a little before the time and we were well served. Apartment impeccable, sandy foot, clean, airy, safe, cozy, well-equipped kitchen, easy access, next to supermarkets, very close to the center, we did everything on foot. The spectacular leisure area, saunas, heated pool, cold infinity pool, game room, gym, all perfect and free for use in the condominium with a lot of kindness and cordiality . Good beach, well-structured beach stalls with chairs, umbrellas, good food. It was very worth it. We thank you for everything and will certainly be back at other times.

My stay at this site was simply wonderful! The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, all very well organized and careful, which has made all the difference in my experience. The accommodation was simply wonderful. The apartment is cozy, clean, organized and very nicely decorated. Marli is very attentive and welcomes us with pampering. One differential is that you do not have to carry a sheet, blanket and pillow. The apartment is very safe and the view is beautiful. Even amenities had in the bathroom. We will definitely return!

It was great to stay at Apê da Luciane. All in order and clean as shown on the listing. It is close to everything and easy access. Super recommend it because it was worth it.... I want to go back for sure.

The apartment of Carlos is beautiful, close to the beach, close to Carrefour and extra. Carlos was extremely attentive, and understanding, at all times willing to answer questions and disposition. gourmet area, large cozy space had never seen an affordable priced apartment with beautiful and large gourmet area for those who like a barbecue is perfect. we worship and will come back, God willing.

From the first contact, the host Eduardo was very kind, helpful and attentive. The apartment is very well located, markets and other shops are very close. It was simply perfect for my stay because it is exactly in the region where I always stay. The apartment is identical to the photos, well organized, clean, very comfortable the “bunk beds/sofas” that are in the living room, I slept very well. Several outlets around the house (110 and 220) and all marked, this helped me a lot and was excellent in the house. I will definitely come back with my friends to enjoy a few more weekends in Praia Grande! I thank Eduardo for all the education in receiving us, presenting the apartment and at the time of handing over the keys as well!

Edir helped us, was solicited and responded quickly. The view from the apartment is beautiful! MY obs is not about the apartment but about the abandoned dogs that hang around the waterfront. Levem ração, or bread to the beach, if it touches your heart, and feed the doguinho da Praia if you can!! saw mtos homeless tbm! the apartment is wonderful but Edir, you pay taxes there, complain at the mayor's Inst4gr @m, (I did this myself) the big beach has evolved a lot and I really think it's worth it, but the number of homeless and abandoned dogs is overwhelming. To those who feel touched is my appeal: when visiting the PG beach take something or for people who are sleeping on the street, or simply a handful of animal feed, this is distressing, but the apartment and the view from the beach make up a lot.

Nice and very well-kept location, with a very good location with things to do without having to take the car out of the parking lot. All items described were in accordance with reality and the location information was also clear from arrival to checkout. Tamara also always responded quickly and was available to solve everything we needed with great attention.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The host was helpful and kind from the start. Check-in at the reception was super smooth, polite staff who explained everything to us. Apartment even more beautiful than in the photos, very cozy, we felt at home, we didn't even want to leave. The hot tub was a very positive differential, as the weather was rainy for the beach. We still received a very cute courtesy reception treat. We'll be back for sure!
