Great spacious house, located at 272 Apucarana Street, Bom Retiro/Matinhos. Private property with a pool, blue LED light, waterfall and hydro. Garage and space for 3 cars The residence is 900 m from Flamingo Beach, a revitalized waterfront, 1 km from the center and the fish market, and 3 km from the calm Caiobá Beach. We are 200 m from the Soley bakery and 600 m from the Caopi supermarket. An excellent place to relax with the family, available year-round. It has an outdoor area with a hammock, a gourmet area with a barbecue pit, a laundry room, and a parking space for 2 cars. 600 m from the beach, close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, just minutes from downtown and the summer concert stage.
