The house is very beautiful and well decorated, and it also has all the features you need. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, which makes it pleasant to use in winter or summer. The condominium to which the house belongs is a separate case. It is visually very pleasant (pool area and fake beach) and has plenty of things to do with children (thermal pool, activity courts). I highly recommend the property.

We loved the accommodation, everything was extremely clean and organized. We arrived a little earlier than agreed and this was not a problem for hosts. Near the house there are some restaurants and not too far there is a market. To go to the beach, it had to be by car, because it's a little far away, but all right. Great equipment in the kitchen and beautiful and clean dishes.

Great house, super comfortable, airy and with a great location, super well-equipped house with all appliances and good dishes, pots and utensils, which is a differential since in many places we have stayed, this has always left a lot to be desired, super attentive host from the beginning in the doubts we had about our stay, always answered promptly any questions, was super flexible in our check-in due to the stay being on the holiday, his mother was very friendly and attentive to welcome us, due to the cold we did not get to use the pool but it was super clean and the lights are a differential at night, I super recommend the place and we will definitely return in a new opportunity.

My stay was incredibly good, even though I had time for a lack of gas, the host quickly resolved to send a boy to deliver very quickly. The same still , kindly, did the same a favor to install. Carol, always very helpful, made it impossible to feel like we were at home. I would suggest that they had a cable TV and/or Netflix, as we tried to see the grenal on Saturday and the subscription was blocked. But I would only like to thank the host's professionalism and dedication, and as soon as possible return for a few more days of rest.

Hello The days at the house of the were divine. Beautiful and cozy place to rest and enjoy the beach and the sun. The beach is not bustling so you can have privacy at all. The perfect place for beach games, seaside walks, fishing or just sit back and relax to see the sea. The house, very complete everything working, impeccable cleaning, facilities and structure perfect for those after beach hangover days, as it has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room, tv with various channels and streaming, good internet connection, etc. It has all the necessary household utensils, pots, dishes, glasses to the battery wine opener (I missed some crystal glasses for the wine😊), all working. Very good barbecue with skewers and grills. The Jacuzzi was delicious, to relax and drink wine by listening to the sea. Alessandra always ready to answer questions and help. Anyway the house is better than what appears in the pictures, the energy of the place is very good. for sure we will come back.

The host Luciana served us promptly whenever I requested. Very thoughtful and welcoming. The house is like in the pictures, very beautiful, with the addition of being very well cared for and clean. Xangri-Lá has a good infrastructure, considering that it is on the coast, something that cannot be said of all beaches on the coast of Gaucho. I recommend it.

Natalha was super attentive and kind in the service. The house and location are beautiful, and the nearby restaurant is very good! I understand that we went in the low season, and our biggest annoyance - the heat and mosquitoes - has nothing to do with her service. I think it's a nice place to go in high season as a couple, or group of friends.

Another positive point is the security system with alarm, which brings peace of mind for those who are afraid of staying in homes. In addition, the residence is located in a condominium with other houses around it, which further reinforces the sense of security. The location is also very convenient: one block away there is a pharmacy São João, the nearby Galo restaurant is a good option, and the sea is a few blocks away. I found the atmosphere very quiet, great for those looking for a quiet place to rest or even work with focus. I highly recommend it!

We were very well received at the Sítio Sete Laranjeiras, by Fernanda, Ciro and the animals. The house is a grace, flawless and well-equipped. The place is even more beautiful in person. The place is suitable for resting. The distribution of houses on the site gives privacy and easy access to common spaces. Breakfast is delicious, all fresh.

The house is just like the photos, everything is clean and the bed linen smells good. Very well located. Patrícia always responded very quickly. We had a setback with the electricity, due to the strong winds, but the supply company resolved it in a few hours. There is no garage and the gate is not electronic, but this is already in the description.
