If you like special places quiet and having certain level of privacy do not hesitate and go for it! Location is perfect, the area is beautiful. House is very well equipped with everything you need. Alena is a great host. You will enjoy the romantic atmosphere, warm fireplace green territory and small nice sauna. Fantastic time here. My recommendation!

My wife and I were together in this accommodation and have to say that we find it even more beautiful than in the pictures. The location is very central; everything can be reached by car in about 15 - 20 minutes. The accommodation offers everything you need: a pool, a sauna, a kitchen and a fireplace. You have your own little kingdom, which is very beautiful and clean. The hosts gave us home-brewed beer and really delicious strawberries as a welcome gift. They are very friendly, and we were able to park our car behind a locked gate on the premises. We feel very comfortable here and will definitely come back again. I can rate this accommodation with five stars and would recommend it to anyone.

K&D were such incredible hosts and made our stay feel very welcome and right at home. They were very responsive when we needed anything, and never hesitated to respond and help out if we had any queries. The house itself was stunning and was very relaxing and peaceful for our group, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. We would happily return and stay here again, and it made our trip to Prague even better.:)

Kornelie doesn't just rent out accommodation, she rents out a home. From the very beginning, everything just clicked: - Personal check-in with explanation of all necessary things - It fulfilled individual wishes - Everything was clean and in good condition - The furnishings could not be better, especially in the kitchen. In addition, extra bed linen and many towels. - Fast and friendly communication before and during the stay I can only recommend it to everyone, especially if you come with family and want to stay longer. There is a small playground with football goals and a basketball hoop within 2-3 minutes' walk. We left a football and basketball there for the next guests. A very nice, stylish and extremely clean apartment, fully equipped. Nothing was missing in the kitchen, sugar, salt, spices, tea, everything there, even coffee capsules and dishwasher capsules. Enough toilet paper, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, soap… Several pillows to choose from, comfortable bed. And the terrace is a dream. Perfect location, close to Albert grocery store, Metro a few minutes' walk away. Our car stayed in the underground car park. Václav was very friendly, helpful and obliging, we can recommend him with all our hearts and would love to come back.

A very nice place! The contact with the host was uncomplicated and friendly! An earlier check-in was possible by arrangement. Gladly again!

Tomas' place is beautiful. It is exactly as shown in the pictures and is more spacious than you can imagine from them. He was an excellent host, very responsive and super helpful in securing a high chair for our son at short notice. This was massively appreciated. When we come back to Prague we will check if Tomas' place is available before looking at any other accommodation options. Thank you!

Had a fantastic stay in the apartment. Close to metro, trams, supermarkets and attractions. The apartment is fully. The duvet could be a little bigger (it is the same size as the bed itself, so you sometimes have to pull the duvet at night to get it back from your partner😉).

I had a fantastic stay in Prague with my girlfriend at this Airbnb on Spálená Street! The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to explore all the main sights on foot or by public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. Our host, Krste, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Spacious, modern and comfortable apartment. Good bedding. Well located, close to all amenities and tourist streets on foot. Several tram lines pass at the foot of the building, which is quite noisy. The apartment is still quite well insulated. The breakfast mentioned in the listing corresponds to the provision of a coffee machine. The host is accommodating and available. We had a pleasant stay.

A great starting point for exploring Prague! Secure parking, quiet neighborhood, close to the subway and a store. I highly recommend this place - it’s very good standard, super clean, great facilities (AC included), overall very neat, tidy and pretty place to stay - all in a great price. Probably the best Airbnb that I know in Prague in terms of quality-per-price. Also, the hosts were communicative and very helpful - Nina and Alexey helped us out when we forgot to take some luggage from the apartment after checkout - thank you!!

The best Airbnb apartment we've ever stayed in! Very large, beautifully decorated and clean! We were there for 8 days and are more than satisfied. We particularly liked - Free garage parking space (narrow, but doable with practice) - Lift, especially when you have heavy suitcases/purchases to carry - comfortable bed - Many towels & bed linen - Washer & Dryer. Stayed in this apartment for a week and we absolutely loved it, if I lived in Prague I’d wanna live there. Tram and metro right round the corner, lovely eateries down the whole high street. Apartment was huge loved the bed with two duvets, TV and fully operational kitchen, lovely shower and the Air conditioning was AMAZING! Would recommend Jakubs apartment to family and friends as worth the price and the communication from Jakub was the best I’ve ever experienced. Helped with travel and replies very fast. We actually got a text off Jakub when we were at the airport that we had left some souvenirs behind and it’s brilliant to know the cleaner didn’t just pick them up and leave, that she actually contacted Jakub who could then follow that onto us. So so trusting and now we are waiting for them to be sent to us which is another amazing thing that Jakub is doing for us! When we come back to Prague we will definitely be staying at one of Jakubs apartments Thank you for everything Jakub!!

This is by far the best place I’ve been in Airbnb. Totally worth. You have everything you need inside and further, everything here is brand new, from the building to the linen, and everything is high quality, even the shampoo is high-end. The clean was perfectly done. The host team is very kind. You have a laundry in the building (paid). It is maybe a bit far from the centre (20 min) but Praha is very well connected so the distance is not noticeable, lots of tram/bus connections near. There is a very new mall just one station distance in tram, with a lot of shopping, food and supermarket. This is one of those place you feel you could live forever, this is top top top. This is those place where you think you could live forever, a super top place to stay.

Sarah was a super friendly and very straightforward host. She also has two very great and very dear cleaners. When they realized that we got there a little earlier, they finished the bottom floor for us right away. On the morning of my arrival, Sarah was available and gave me tips on how to get to the specified place where I can park. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and everything was just perfect all around. Thanks so much Sarah!
