''La Closerie de Pradons'' is a spacious 123 m2 cottage, rated 4* for 6 people. Very well located and very well-equipped, it is very comfortable and close to a supermarket. It has a large terrace shaded by a pergola, The 8x4 m AIR-CONDITIONED POOL, in the heart of a large private wooded park, is heated or cooled according to the outside temperature. It is EXCLUSIVELY reserved for you. Private parking, closed by an electric gate, completes this luxurious package.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Rental 3 persons "Labeaume"

Our rental - gite "Labeaume" 3/4 persons - is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave...) / dining / living room with sofa bed and flat screen, a bedroom with a double bed in 140, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, in mezzanine, 2 single beds in 90. The rental also offers a covered terrace and a private garden. The rental was completely renovated in 2023.

On the heights of Labeaume, you will be the only master on board this family home with stunning views. Swimming pool, shaded terraces or full sun, river at your feet, you will just have to choose. Relaxation, walks on foot or by bike, the place is beautiful in any season. It's up to you... The house welcomes you with all the comforts, your bikes and motorcycles will also be sheltered. The house is pet-friendly.
