Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Un refuge au cœur du Cézallier, face aux monts du Cantal et à l’immensité, où tout invite à ralentir : silence, lumière, grands espaces. Perchée à 1 200 mètres dans les estives, ce gîte d'exception, ancien bâti des années 50, est très confortable. Restauré avec soin, l’essentiel a été préservé : lumière, volumes. Où que vous soyez dans la maison, le paysage s’impose. Bow window, véranda panoramique et fenêtres cadrent reliefs, nuages, variations de lumière. Ici, on vit avec l’extérieur.

En effet, ce cocon (30m2 intérieur + 9m2 extérieur) est destiné aux amoureux en quête de déconnexion et d'un retour à la nature pour mieux se retrouver et se ressourcer. N'ayez crainte toutefois, tout le confort et le luxe des temps modernes vous y attendront. Enfin, veuillez noter que le petit-déjeuner est compris.

Thanks to its central location, the bakery, butcher shop, supermarkets, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a 3-level bunk bed. Le bois est omniprésent avec une décoration chaleureuse et des créations uniques en chêne massif. 2 chambres : une au rez-de-chaussée et une en mezzanine (non adaptée aux jeunes enfants).
