A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. So close to the water that you can even fish from it directly - and a few most courageous did even dive into the lake (circa 6 mt under your feet).

This apartment is in a strategic location: a 5-minute drive from the centre of Bellano, the ferries and the train station. It is also close to the villages of Varenna, Dervio and other places on Lake Como.
