We loved the house and the truth is that if the photos draw attention, when you arrive it is even better. A 10 for the house and the owners, who solved all our doubts and helped us retrieve a suitcase that we left behind.

Gustavo’s place is the best stay we’ve ever had with Airbnb. The house is stellar, with unique and architecture-forward elements, and we adored the garden and amenities. But what made the stay even better was meeting Gustavo! He is a great communicator, even helped us with a lunch reservation, and let us enjoy the space. This is a rare find and we can’t wait to return!

The experience has been spectacular. From before booking the place, all communication with Ruth was smooth, clear and friendly. The house, just as the photos are shown. We arrived and the fireplaces were on and the house was at a perfect temperature to start enjoying it. Everything was clean, tidy and full of details that made the stay comfortable and super nice. We have passed a great bridge. The amazing house and the kids have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool that looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment with a good location, close to Gran Vía, Plaza España, etc. With nearby metro mouths. Patricio is very attentive to us. The apartment is very clean and I let us in before the hour because Patricio is in a hurry to have it ready for our entrance.

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

A great quirky bijou base for a stay in Madrid. However, the internal stairs in the apartment is very steep and and requires care. It would not be suitable for those with any difficult walking..

Martín is a great host. Everything went well. The apartment is cozy and equipped. It's next to the Metro station and bus lines. I recommend it.

The apartment is located in a great area. There are a lot of shops, cafes,restaurants, Retiro Park nearby. The center of Madrid is 10 min by public transport. The host was wonderful to respond to all requests. Apartment on the 1st floor. It was noisy in the evening maybe because of the restaurant in the same house. Noise insulation is not very good. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people.
