The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (no steps) and is directly from the street. Upon arrival, you will be provided with an access code that will allow you to open the front door. It has an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) with bed linen, and a full bathroom with a shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, fridge and Italian coffee maker, as well as air conditioning, an iron, a bathroom equipped with towels, a hairdryer and shower gel, a television and Wi-Fi (600 Mb fibre). Instructions for using the Wi-Fi are provided once the booking is made. There is no carbon monoxide detector as it is not necessary, since the heating and cooking appliances are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify us via an Airbnb message once the booking has been made. The apartment is completely at the guest's disposal, and all the items described on the website can be used.
