It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

House is located approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation. The location is definitely the advantage of this apartment, it is located in a quiet street but at the same time near the center. Distance to the beach is only a few minutes walking. The apartment is situated on the raised ground floor of a family house and it consists of the terrace, bedroom, dining room with kitchen, and a bathroom.

The apartment is 120 meters from the beach and a beautiful park away (2 minute walk). It is a quiet part of the city with a dash of nature. The center ist 700 meters away.
