Small house attached to our farmhouse. You can enjoy your nature stay in complete autonomy where the fauna and flora are still well preserved (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing...). 15 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, 10 minutes from the Lurcy-Lévis circuit. You will find all amenities 10 minutes away. You will have access to the garden where you can meet our dog and our two cats who complete the family. Possibility to park motorcycle or karting in our garage.

This sunny cozy cottage offers you all the comfort, privacy and tranquility for a wonderful stay. The cottage has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom for 2 people, bedroom for 3 people and a crib/high chair. Upon arrival, the beds are made, the refrigerator is on and if necessary the wood stoves are lit, wood is available. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way.

You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

In the heart of Lurcy-Lévis, come and enjoy a fully equipped apartment that was refurbished in June 2024.
