It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. Si vous aimez le charme de l’ancien, ce lieu est fait pour vous. À 100m de l’abbaye aux dames, dans une petite rue calme, l'hypercentre est à moins de 10 mn à pied : quartier du Vaugueux, port, château, ... Le stationnement est gratuit dans le quartier. Nous habitons à côté et pourrons facilement vous venir en aide si besoin.

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!
