Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Al Ratin

The “ Ratin “ ( which means " little mouse" in the local dialect ) is a hosting structure in the town of Susa ( Turin ). It is a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom . The bedroom and bathroom are part of the owners’ house but completely indipendent from it. The bedroom , with a mansard roof , can accomodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free wi-fi and TV. Electric fan and mini-fridge. Free parking in private garage for a medium size car or four motorbikes.

Welcome to Grande Winter, our charming hunting house that transports anyone who enters a magical world inspired by the famous "Game of Thrones" TV series. Characterized by a touch of mystery and charm, the Grande Inverno apartment is a unique combination of winter elegance and hunting trophies that evoke the epic atmosphere of the series. A few kilometers from Fenestrelle, Pragelato and Sestriere, it is the ideal place to spend your holidays surrounded by nature.

Brand new attic of about 85 square meters. Very bright with large windows and a terrace for exclusive use with mountain views of about 25 sqm. It has a large living area with kitchen, air conditioning, breakfast island, sofa bed (double). A large bedroom with air conditioning (with the possibility of an additional single bed) with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Here you will find all the basic cooking necessities.

La Maison di Marco

Located in the heart of the village of Champs, next to the centre of Fenestrelle, I offer a historic house renovated in 2024 equipped with everything you need. The house has 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom and a toilet, a balcony and a kitchen with a living area equipped with all accessories including a washing machine. The entrance is directly on the pedestrian street of the beautiful village, 100 metres from the house there are several free parking spaces.

Comfortable and cozy studio in the center of Pragelato. Located in front of the central square with information point and ample free parking and a short walk from all the main services such as bars, restaurants, grocery store, tobacco, bus and shuttle stop to Sestriere. Direct access to the reserved and large condominium courtyard where you can relax and sunbathe thanks to the excellent exposure. Great starting point for many treks and sports activities.

Located in Martassina, in the municipality of Ala Di Stura, on a cliff that allows a unique glimpse of the valley, a few steps from the bar and shop. 4 beds. Maximum tranquility and easy to reach. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

House in a splendid position in the Alps for nature lovers. Renovated and recently expanded with the studio apartment where you will be staying. Modern but in the typical mountain style. Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

The "Old Abete" is a completely renovated and new studio apartment, decorated with care and love because this is the family home.
