Fahrzeit mit dem PKW ca 20-30 Minuten. Supermarkt, Friseur Trafik, Restaurant und ein Park befinden sich im Umkreis von 100Meter !!!

A generous living room of about 40 m² and a conservatory of approximately 25 m² — both situated right next to the kitchen — offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
