Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Apartments Silver (Gajac). We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km). The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Our house is adapted village house located in a quiet and attractive place Dražica (10 km away from Novalja in the direction of Lun). In this area you can find peaceful vacation. , 100 m away from the sandy coves, surrounded by olive trees and greenery Our house has 2 apartments ( both of them are for 4 person).
