We booked the house for a family gathering to celebrate the 70s birthday of my father. We enjoyed our stay so much! It was better than the photos, spacious, enough bathrooms, lot of equipments. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family and the barbecue was a nice surprise. Nikolaos was always ready to answer our questions and to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We warmly recommend the house and would surely come back!

This was the best AirBnb I've ever stayed at, and it really made our trip to Crete. Maria was an A+ host. She was extremely responsive and helpful and pointed us to all of the best beaches and restaurants. The house is in immaculate condition, very clean, and very spacious, and is only 10 minutes from downtown Chania. Thank you for everything, Maria!

What a wonderful stay- the best of both worlds! It was peaceful, just what we needed to recover from jet lag and enjoy a private pool, while still being close to the Old Port, only a short 16 - 19 minute drive by car. Maria was an excellent hostess, she gave us fresh eggs from her own chickens and a whole bag full of oranges. They were so juicy. Maria was very responsive to our needs, when I asked for a ‘briki’ she provided one for us. When I told her we found a wasp nest on the umbrella near the pool, she took care of it. I would definitely come here again Ana recommend this place for families, or anyone that just wants a quiet retreat while still close to tourist spots!

We had a wonderful time in the villa. Manolis was always very helpful and provided us support whenever we needed. I would absolutly recommend the villa. Especially the view is outstanding

This is a wonderful villa. It is extremely well appointed and very well equipped with everything including coffee machine , all the kitchen utensils you could ever need and even pool inflatables. It was completely spotless/ immaculate. The bedrooms are all of a good size and air conditioned too. The outdoor space is brilliant - especially the pool and the outdoor kitchen with bbq and wood oven. We would highly recommend a stay here. Nikos and Sophia could not be more accommodating and friendly. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight- but this was no problem for them and in fact they welcomed us with some nibbles and drinks. The location is great - only a 20 minute drive to Chania - which is beautiful. We had two great dinners here and a 10 minute drive to some gorgeous beaches. I would also recommend the 20 minute drive from the villa to the fabulous Botanical Gardens and its incredible restaurant.

Stamatis is the best host we’ve ever encountered at an Airbnb—he personally welcomed us at the door of his place even though we arrived late at night. Had wine, fresh oranges from his trees and coffee for us. He is super knowledgeable of the outdoor activities and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. He is the epitome of Cretan hospitality. Even meeting us on our last day to hand deliver a jar of honey from his own bees. His home in Fournes feels far away tucked in a quiet old neighborhood, and yet it’s so close to so much to do—the botanical garden and amazing restaurant, the hiking in Lakki, and only 20 min from bustling Chania. Stamatis is beyond special—and anyone would be lucky to stay in his house which has been a part of his family for generations.

The trailer is so cute and cosy and even though it looked just like the pictures, we were still surprised how spacious it actually is. Also have all the basic amenities needed and everything worked well… shower with warm water, WiFi, toilette, outdoor shower, outdoor cooker… really well equipped and maintained. We also had this two sweet cats visiting every morning and it made our morning so nice, looking at the olive trees with a coffee and the cats company. It is easy to access and a short drive to shops and some restaurants. I do recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay at The Villa Oasis in Galatas. The peaceful setting among olive groves with mountain views was the perfect escape just outside Chania. The hosts, Giorgos and Stelios, were incredibly kind and always responsive — even during an unexpected storm, they made sure to start the clean up of the outdoor space quickly so we could enjoy the space again. We arrived to a generous welcome of homemade spinach pie, chocolate cake, fruit and even some raki. The house was friendly and equipped for us to easily cook simple meals and we loved barbecuing outdoors and relaxing by the pool. They provided great recommendations both nearby and around the island as this was a great jumping off point for all our activities. A perfect spot for a quiet family getaway that’s still close to everything!
