Waterfront holiday rentals in Posillipo, Naples

My family of 3 had a lovely stay at Casa Francesco! It was so clean which is a must for us. It was in the center of Marina Grande which is where we spent a good amount of our time- lots of restaurants, beautiful views, and a beach to sit on and watch the boats/kayakers come and go. Great stay! Highly recommend if in the Sorrento area.

Thank-you Giuseppe for a fantastic stay. My family and I had a wonderful time. The appartment was light and airy, spotlessly clean, with amazing views. The air conditioning was very useful on a couple of occasions when the weather turned a little chilly. Your local recommendations were useful and we settled on Porta Marina Seafood restaurant, eating there on a few occasions given the delicious seafood and warm hospitality on offer. For me, a highlight was starting each day with a coffee on the balcony in the morning sunshine, looking out onto Mount Vesuvius, listening to the gentle lapping waves. Wonderful!

This is the place to stay visiting the Almalfi Coast. Waking up to that beautiful view every morning was a delight. Vittorrio was very helpful and met us at the start of the stay to welcome us and talk us through the apartment. Really great flexible apartment.

The location is absolutely perfect, with restaurants, tourist attractions, cruise ships and tram/ bus stations nearby, and all the necessary facilities are right at home. And as a bonus, everything is spotlessly clean! :)

Beautiful and spacious one-bedroom apartment in the center of Naples, with a large kitchen/living room and a double bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Well furnished , quiet, strategic to walk to the most important attractions of Naples. Carlo is a perfect host, attentive and caring. Highly recommended!

Alessandra was very responsive and helpful. She was also very flexible, accommodating and friendly. The flat is amazing. Great location, great space and very clean - the living room Is very spacious and it was lovely to relax after all the walking (because everything was walking distance !). I really highly recommend this for a stay in Naples. Thank you very much Alessandra !

We had good vacation in Castellammare di Stabia! Francesca’s apartment is very well located ( very close to the train station and next to the beach) We were with the kids and they really enjoyed playground just next door! Francesca is very friendly and helpful person!

We spent two nights in the apartment. It matches the descriptions and photos. The apartment is in a private and quiet courtyard. And as often said , a beautiful view just steps away. It was relatively easy to find a parking spot on the street. Vito is super responsive and allowed us to drop off our suitcases earlier. Ideal place to visit Sorento while being in a quiet area.

Our host Grady couldn’t have been better! I had hurt my knee and when I texted him to see if he had ice he was there within minutes with a bag of ice. His advice and suggestions were spot on. He helped us with getting the porters, which I highly recommend. We will always be grateful to Grady for all his guidance, which made our stay perfection! What an amazing place! Petite Sorrento is beautiful! It was the perfect place to relax during our stay in Sorrento. Maria is responsive and helpful. Nino was also very pleasant and helped us with the shuttle/taxi situation. The location is superb with great restaurants near by. We were blessed with beautiful weather and amazing sunsets at the end of April. Could easily see how this would be a perfect spot to enjoy the beach over the summer months.

Great place, easy communication with the owner. Love the area very safe, it's right in the heart of Chiaia district. Great places to eat.

Ferdinando's apartment is located in a quiet and panoramic location about a thirty-minute walk from Castellammare di Stabia (where you can easily reach Pompeii, Naples and Sorrento by train). The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Ferdinando welcomed us with precision and kindness; even during the stay he was available to give us useful advice and information. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment on the port of Chiaiolella, just steps from the beach and Vivara. Kind and flexible owner, everything clean and well-stocked. Our family of 5 had a great time, both children and adults!

We had a nice stay with the family. Communication with our host has always been good, cordial and very responsive in case of any problem or question. The apartment is well located by the coast with magnificent views of the sea and the bay of Naples (on the balcony and children's room side) and Vesuvius (on the living room side). The apartment is large, bright, well maintained and fairly well-equipped. The nearby beach is nice. There are shops nearby. The only awkward point was the difficulty in finding parking for our car on weekends evenings (Friday to Sunday). If you come by car, it's probably a good idea to use the parking offered by the host.

Perfect location for my family of 4 with two little ones. 2yr and 5 yrs. The Airbnb is really spacious for my family and the location is just a street away from the hustle and bustle of Naples yet quiet enough. Located also walking distance from the port to take a ferry to the other islands. It is located on the 4th floor which is a great way to burn off all the carbs consumed.

Our stay in Baia was fantastic. Marco as a host was amazing. First of all, the informations he sent to us before check-in were very useful and very clear. He was answering all the questions and solving the problems very quickly. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything what we needed: TV, fridge, washing machine, bedding, towels, all the dishes to prepare the meals and even a few sets of terrace furniture. The location was great - not far from Naples which could be reached by different kinds of transport. It was a very nice starting point for all the most interesting attractions in the area such as: Pompeii, Vesuvius, the coast of Amilfa, Capri island and many others. Our stay was before the season and we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach, of which there are plenty in the area. And finally, the cherry on the top - the view from the huge terrace was breathtaking, beautiful over the entire bay. I highly recommend this place.Thank you Marco

Incredible. Beautiful, comfortable home and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful restaurants. The roof deck was amazing with an unbeatable view. The cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Margherita was absolutely lovely. Hope to come back again!

Perfectly located for visiting Naples without being in the very center. Beautiful view. Clean and easily accessible by public transport. Many neighborhood shops just steps away.
