Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Posillipo, Naples

this was probably one of my all time fav airbnbs that i ever stayed at. luigi was amazing, the apartment was overlooking a beautiful garden and all you ever heard was the birds. 12/15 minute was from the train, 1 train stop only from sorrento downtown where all the shuttle boats are. the sunsets were glorious from the patio! i just loved it. would love to come back.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Anna’s lovely apartment! The space was tastefully decorated and very spacious. Location was also very convenient, merely 2 metro stops from Napoli Centrale. Anna was also extremely helpful and friendly, she gave us a tour of the apartment and even left several snacks and breakfast items! Thank you very much Anna we had a great time 🥰

Appartement vraiment grand pour 2 personnes bien située avec une bonne pizzeria juste à côté . Celui était propre il y a Clim ce qui n’était pas de trop vu les chaleurs .

A lovely apartment- beautiful balcony. We enjoyed our stay, the apartment has all one could need! Walking distance to many great restaurants and the waterfront. Host was very communicative. Would stay again!

Roberto’s a good host and he’s made all the arrangements nice for a guest need! Very near to the central station I guess it’s a key spot for people looking to travel flexibly.

Annarita è stata una super host! Gentilissima, super disponibile e molto precisa nella comunicazione. La casa è molto bella e spaziosa, ottima la posizione (a due passi dallo stadio e dalle stazioni della linea 2 e 6). L’appartamento era pulitissimo e fornito di tutto, molto luminoso, veramente una chicca. Se ne avessi l’occasione, tornerei volentieri!

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

Fantastica esperienza! A casa Teka si sta bene, in una bella corte interna, con una posizione ottima per raggiungere la costa amalfitana, Sorrento e i meravigliosi monti vicini. Torre Annunziata merita di essere scoperta e in pochi giorni ci siamo sentiti a casa, questo anche grazie a Teodoro, alla sua famiglia! (provate la loro pizza alla pizzeria vicinissima a casa)

La zona è comodissima, sia arrivando dalla stazione con la metro sia per spostarsi poi a piedi in città, o anche per prendere la funicolare per salire a San Martino. Il palazzo è un piccolo condominio da sentirsi a casa in una parte di Napoli non ancora dominata dai negozi e locali per i touristi. Volendo si fa la spesa nel supermercato poco distante. - Il check in ha funzionato benissimo. Ci siamo siamo sentiti molto bene!

Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

Beautiful little Apartment with everything you need ! Had a great time :)

Enrico is more than a great host. Accommodated our needs for early check in, was very responsive and provided us with a full tour of the accommodation, along with restaurant suggestions and tips for the city. The room is as in the photographs,, extremely clean, spacious and very pleasant. All of the equipment are brand new and even the provided coffee was great. The only challenging aspect was the minor humidity of the place (due to it being in central Naples), however, the air condition made it completely manageable. Thanks Enrico 🙏

We had a great stay (2 people) place was clean and well maintained! We liked the tasteful decoration and colour scheme. We felt safe and secure, a little bit of family noise from the neighbours but nothing that disturbed us. Excellent host, quick responded and helpful! Overall a smooth experience, definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Fantastic stay, book it!! The view from the balcony is the best of anywhere I’ve ever stayed, looks even better than the photos. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and Marina was a perfect host. There is an elevator and a washing machine. 10 minute walk from the metro through the Spanish quarter, tons of restaurants, would absolutely stay again.

Roberto took the time out to walk us up and give us a personal tour and show us directly how many things worked in the apartment and the condo complex which was very much appreciated, especially now as many Bnb’s make you fumble through pages of instructions to get inside of your unit. He even showed us in a map how to easily get to all the different local lines, a few supermarkets, etc. The balcony is beautiful and though it is split (see description) the part you get still has a beautiful view and we would pick up a great bottle of inexpensive wine from the Supermarket (Sol 365) on our walk back each night and enjoy it on top of the balcony. Neighborhood felt very safe, kitchen was well stocked with coffee, dishes, etc. He helped arrange a ride from a local at I’d say a very fair price (ifkyk). Bed could be slightly more comfy, but we still slept like logs from all the walking in the hilly city. You are asked to take trash out, which is fine just fyi. I’d 100% stay here again!

Het appartement met het mooiste uitzicht van Napels. Je ziet de zee, Capri en de Vesuvius. Napels kan de eerste dag wat overweldigend zijn maar dag twee is al veel beter. Je zit midden in het centrum. Winkeltjes, Pizzaria’s en koffie barretjes overal om je heen. Het appartement is echt een huis. En de eigenaren Sal en Ros wonen beneden. Ze zijn zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Geen schrik je hebt een eigen ingang. Wil je het echte Napels beleven boek dan dit appartement. We waren met onze drie honden en die waren ook heel welkom

My boyfriend and I stayed at Anna and Luigi’s place for a few days, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome. Anna and Luigi are, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had! They are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely care about making your stay special. They went above and beyond by offering us a ton of helpful recommendations, from must-see sights in the area to delicious local restaurants. Their local insights really helped us make the most of our trip. I would 100% recommend staying with Anna and Luigi to anyone visiting the area. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. They are simply amazing! 😊

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. My self & 5 friends stayed in Giovanni's apartment, there is lots of space & the wrap around terrace affords great views of Naples. Giovanni's Apartment is a prime location just opposite the Amazing Spanish Quarter. An area where you meet the real people of Naples. There is a supermarket just around the corner & a lovely coffee shop near by. We had a couple of issues during the holiday which were dealt with immediately. Both issues were of an unexpected nature & there was nothing that could have been done before hand. The listing says 2.5 bathrooms, which I thought meant there would be 3 toilets. But there wasn't. I think this was my misunderstanding. I would also say that the beds were very comfortable & I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Lilly hat uns herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Neapel und das unter anderem Dank Lilly. Wir hatten alles was man braucht und haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Danke für alles! Wir würden dieses Apartment jederzeit weiter empfehlen und freuen uns schon, irgendwann Mal wieder zu kommen.
