The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 100 m² vacation home with amazing Seaview and Garden View. The house is private and consisted of living room , 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and single bed, 1 bathroom , washing machine, a fully equipped luxury kitchen and private parking. Providing free wifi connection, TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, iron , hair dryer, kettle. The house is located in Vathy Old Town.

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

Elegant 45 sqm apartment with a wonderful view of the natural bay of the city of Samos. The distance from the center is 1.2 km, with a private parking space. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and has a single living room with kitchen, large balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to four people as it has a double bed and a sofa that becomes a bed. In the area there is a supermarket (1 km), beach (1.5 km), gym (200m).

It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
