The Vaporia area is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Syros. Famous for its architecture, it is located in the historic center, very close to the city and with the main feature of the neo-Greek architectural mansions hanging over the sea. Nearby are Asterias, one of the most beautiful and famous areas for swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean, with the hanging buildings and the imposing church of Agios Nikolaos proudly dominating in the background. There is no sandy beach.

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Top Vue Apartment

Top Vue has great views and great amenities with style. Pin back the windows and enjoy the amazing views. It has a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, full size oven and stove top along with an Air Fryer, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker. You can choose to use the air conditioners, the two portable fans, or just open the windows and enjoy the views. The modern rain shower has plenty of room. A short walk from Kamara and the restaurants and shops of Ano Syros, but not too close:)

The property is within walking distance of wonderful beaches and offers all the amenities for a long vacation in a beautiful and welcoming environment in the picturesque village of Poseidonia in the beautiful and elegant Syros. Within a few meters you will find a café, grocery store, bakery, greengrocer, ouzeri, restaurants and a bus stop. We have a private open parking lot which is available free of charge. The property has a large terrace.
