Holiday rentals with a sauna in Posedarje

Our stay in Ljubač was lovely. The view from our balcony was fantastic, especially at sunset. Checking in and out was impeccable and the place has everything you need. If something is missing, Marc will be there immediately and take care of it. We found the apartment in a sparkling clean condition and the outdoor pool and garden made the little paradise perfect. Marc is a very warm host who is always available and has great tips for excursions or restaurants ready. The evenings we spent together with him and other guests of the house in his own small restaurant were other highlights of our vacation. Marc was more of a friend than a host for us during our stay. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything Marc 😊

It was a very nice stay. Long distance from tourist hustle and bustle to mountains and sea. The apartment is very nicely decorated! We also found the cats very sweet, who greeted us on the terrace. it was all very nice 😊👍🏼

We felt very comfortable at the place, everything was as described and corresponded to the pictures. It was very clean and everything was like new, yet cozy and with many nice details.

A very nice and modern apartment where you can completely relax. The apartment is equipped with all necessary luxury and it was nice to be able to relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. Whenever we had questions, Sanja provided us with quick answers and the location is also great. It is only a half-hour drive to the nice center of Zadar and places such as Split and Brela are also easily accessible by car. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

We stayed at LaVida Penthouse for two nights and it was amazing! The Penthouse is new and the interior is very modern. The terrace is unique, the view is breath taking and is even much bigger the it seemed on photos. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna inside. The bedroom we used was very comfortable had an en suite bathroom and a wonderful sea view but there are more bedrooms which are also wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet with just a few houses around. Location is great if you plan to explore Zadar county because it's close to the Highway (13km), to Zadar, Nin, island Pag. We're definitely satisfied with our choice and will recommend it to our family & friends we are looking forward to come back for an longer stay. Thank you Martina!

Very nice place, nice view from the roof top jacuzzi and sauna are very nice. A bit far from town center but taxi to go there is only 4€. If I come back to zadar it will definitely be my first choice !

The apartment is not big for 4 persons, but it is cozy and you have everything you need. Located in 30 min walk to the beach. We didn't meet Marijana in person, but communication over the phone was very friendly and we received all the information very quickly.

Property as described and especially the pool and jacuzzi were the absolute highlights! With the dart board we were able to spend fun evenings and the view was simply breathtaking! Amenities in the kitchen would have to be renewed, but the accommodation keeps what it promises and we had a lot of fun and fun! :)

Everything excellent. We have been 3. rd year at Josip place a we have felt like home. Must say big thank you for best warm fritule I have ever eat that welcomed us :-)

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!

Amazing place to stay for climbing with a relatively short approach to the crags on foot. The house was lovely and very cosy. The sauna and pool were nice to have. The host is very responsive.

The house offers many opportunities for a great stay in the property with sauna, jacuzzi, pool and private tennis court. You have a great view of the beautiful sunset. The nearest larger city of Zadar can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Novigrad itself does not offer much except for a castle ruin. The sea right in front of the house does not invite you to swim. You can swim in the in-house pool. We were two families with a total of 4 children between 2 and 11 years. Both the children and we adults came to our expense with the wide range that the house offers. Lana was very friendly and when we wanted another cleaning of the hot tub it was organized within a day - great service!

Three generations of family, we have just returned from a wonderful stay at Stone Villa Milan. Quiet and peaceful with the most amazing views. We were made to feel instantly at home by Josip's parents, who also cooked us a delicious traditional meat stew one evening. The villa is within walking distance of the local restaurants, shops and bakery, and the wider area is beautiful and interesting. We were all very happy with everything and would gladly return.
