Before booking and arriving, Saša was very friendly and helpful. He answered questions very quickly through this portal! Upon arrival, he has already been waiting for us and showed us everything. It was not an issue for him that our dog (labrador mix) was there. The garden was completely fenced and had privacy. From the first floor you had a nice view on the sea. As a welcome, there was Croatian beer and cola in the fridge. To say goodbye we got a homemade gift. We were very pleased and highly recommend it.

Very nice house, with a terrace and an amazing pool. Possibility of table tennis, basketball and badminton with equipment on site. The house is well isolated and quiet, a car is essential (convenience store 2 min, Zadar 20 min, beach 15-25 min). The house is separated between the ground floor and the upper floor (3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 upstairs) each with its own kitchen and bathroom. Small downside, no large indoor table for more than 6. Outside there is a large table for 10. We recommend the Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica National Park and the must-see Canoeing on the Zrmanja. Fantastic stay at the home which is beautiful and well kept - Great hosts and would recommend staying here to any future guests. The space/amenities at the home are amazing and great for smaller or large groups. Not much to do in Policnik but we were happy getting Ubers into Zadar which took around 15 - 20 mins at good prices. House is great place to relax and the swimming pool is great. Only improvement needed is the pool table (billiards) is currently unuseable as it is not level and this was a big selling point for me and friends (Fix this and everything is perfect). Thank you again to the hosts for our stay!! :)

Beautiful apartment with terrace and seating in front of the house, spacious and well equipped, very clean. Great location, 100 meters from the beach, parking right next to the apartment. The landlord is very accommodating, it was a great vacation in this environment. Thank you for everything!

Spacious apartment for three people, clean and brand new, in a quiet area, close to both the sea and the road to Zadar. Milan is an extremely helpful and kind host, who surprised us by offering us figs, fritters and coffee, very brightening our stay. Highly recommended!

Great well equipped apartment. Very good kitchen, table, nice terrace, washing machine. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our vacation was great. Jovici is a small town but it is convenient location for visiting Zadar, Pag, Nin and many beaches. For some reason, Airbnb is showing the wrong location of the apartment. It's good that Jovici's neighbors are very friendly, always ready to help:)) It's necessary to look for Apartmani Ante directly on Google maps.

Very nice welcome , the lady who received us was extremely kind. Throughout the stay we felt like home. the place was quiet and beautiful. We all appreciate it. Beaches nearby. Josip and his daughter Tina are kind, they answer all your questions, their accommodation is impeccable all the furniture is new, extremely clean and there is everything useful. The view of the pond is beautiful, the small welcome gift is a real plus to show you that they are there for you. Private parking space. Thanks again to both of you.

We stayed at Ivona’s place for 3 nights. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children, very spacious, clean. Kitchen is very well equipped and there is a lovely view from the terrace when you have your meals. Swimming pool is perfect to cool off. Ivona was absent but her parents welcomed us. They were extremely friendly. We really appreciated this warm welcome which always makes a difference in Airbnb. Thank you.

We stayed at Markus’ place with our family of 5. We had a great stay, the area is amazing and therefore waking up with the view from the big window was unbelievable. The swimming pool and great working AC’s make sure that you’re comfortable even when it’s very hot. It took some time to figure certain things out but due to Markus’ proactive attitude and clear communication everything worked out perfectly. Don’t forget to turn on the boiler for hot water! Markus really made this stay even better than expected, would highly recommend.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

My stay at Luka's place was very positive! The apartment was great, super clean, very close to the bus station, and had everything we needed, plus small details like some cold drinks in the fridge and family-produced olive oil (incredibly delicious). But I think the best part was being greeted by Luka's dog, Chili 😍 Highly recommended!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!
