House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

Mar de Petra is a cozy cabin decorated in a modern rustic style. Located in the village of Parres, 4 km from downtown Llanes, it is surrounded by nature, donkeys and cows. The remarkable thing is that it is in a very quiet area within the council. Its porch area is fantastic for reading, having a barbecue or just disconnecting and enjoying the scenery. It has underfloor heating, which provides very comfortable warmth. Both bedrooms have a 1.50 cm bed.
