Holiday rentals with a patio in Portsmouth

The place was just as described. very spacious, comfy beds, and very clean. They thought of everything you could need. They are super responsive (within 5 minutes) if you have questions. this will be my new 'go to" every time I come to town. Highly recommended!

This was a nice place for me and my family to stay for one night while passing through the area. The bed was large and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our meal from a close restaurant Duncan recommended, and had fun at a nearby playground/splash pad.

A Hidden Gem on the Water. From the moment we arrived, watching the golden hues of sunset reflect off the water was an experience in itself. But the real adventure began with the incredible activities offered. Kayaking along the shoreline, gliding through the peaceful waters and discovering hidden coves was the perfect way to soak in the natural beauty of this lake. The Pontoon boat ride was equally unforgettable, with our knowledgeable host, Matt, sharing fascinating stories about the lake’s history and the surrounding area. Learning about the local landmarks and the rich history that shaped this area made the experience even more special. The property itself is cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Whether sipping coffee on the deck or simply enjoying the fresh, crisp air, every moment here felt relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating.

Second time staying in an Airbnb hosted by Nikki & Andrew and loved it again!

Another great stay! As a travel nurse I always look for accommodations that have everything I need to cook meals and do laundry. This Airbnb checks all the boxes!

This is one of those occasions when you DON'T want to tell everyone how great something is so you can keep it for yourself! We were in town for a convention. We wanted to be close to the venue. We wanted a grill as that is a staple for my husband. For those three things this totally fits the bill. But we received oh, so much more than that!!! What we got was: Wonderful, friendly, responsive hosts. I know we hear that a lot here but they were EXCEPTIONAL! An extremely fun, vibrant, artsy and somewhat surprising environment. We WILL be back! Space! So much space! Room to move, breathe, relax. Perspective! It's so refreshing to look down on the city from the inviting rooftop! It feels just a bit luxurious! Again, we hope to be back as there is no place we would rather be.

This MANSION is amazing! This historical home was so beautiful! Beautiful woodwork, gorgeous staircase, big rooms! We enjoyed our stay immensely! It was in a very convenient location close to anything you would need. Just a couple of minutes to the bridge to go to Ashland or the bridge to Russell. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and we felt welcomed. This home had so many “hang-out” spaces from the 2 living/family rooms, the screened back porch, and the awesome swing on the huge front porch. Next time we visit the area, we will stay here again! We agreed that if we ever ran an Airbnb, we’d prioritize small details that matter—like well-stocked linens, quality kitchenware, and a personal touch to make guests feel welcome. Kate, you’ve got all of that covered perfectly! Your place felt warm and inviting from the moment we arrived, with every detail thoughtfully in place. The guest book was a highlight, filled with notes from other travelers that gave us a sense of connection. The linens were plentiful, and the kitchen had great cookware, making meal prep a breeze. It felt like a boutique hotel but with the comfort of a home. Check-out was super easy—just leave the beds unmade and take the trash out back. We’re so thankful for the effort you put into this space and for sharing it with us. Your care made our stay so enjoyable, and we’re looking forward to visiting again!

My family and I stayed here to essentially rest after a long graduation trip and wow did we! The home and surrounding area was very beautiful. We didn’t get to see much of it the evening as we arrived due to a late check-in. But in the morning, it was stunning and calming. The space was very clean and tidy. We had 8 guest in total and there was plenty of space for us to sleep. We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and very nice! I loved staying here and would definitely do so again.

Nice getaway for a couple. I would recommend it to anyone. This place was nice and clean with a 20 minute drive to town for food. Perfect 👌.

A home away from home..Kim's place was a real gem! She exceeded our expectations, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay for us. The home is beautiful, and clean, we enjoyed the privacy and comfortability of all the amenities. I highly recommend this home, and would definitely enjoy a stay here again.

This is a great place to stay near Ashland. Seems that everything is within a 5-15 minute drive. The house is beautifully decorated, beds and linens are very comfortable, and the livingroom accommodates all guests. The kitchen tools are fabulous, with appliances and gadgets i didn't even know existed, nice stoneware dishes, nonstick pots and pans, placemats and real napkins! And to top off all the little details that made this house feel like home, Juan Diego and Carlos are the perfect hosts - very friendly and responsive. Strongly recommend this airbnb!

The Penthouse was a wonderful find for our visit to the Tri-State area. Parking was convenient and the condo is stunning! We felt so at home upon entering and the pictures are exactly as viewed prior to booking. The finishes are upscale and the king bed very comfortable. Double sinks in the master bathroom and a fantastic kitchen to cook in that had all of the comforts of home. The views of the Ohio River from the 13th floor were beautiful both day and night. The ground floor restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast with many choices of flavored coffees. I would definitely recommend the Penthouse when visiting the area or even if you are local for a special occasion get-away!

Rented this place with family for my wedding and we had the best time! The place was perfect, right on the water, private, and beautiful. Diamond was very responsive for everything we needed and super friendly! We would come back and stay here anytime

Lauryn's place in Ironton was perfect for our week's stay. Location was ideal, house was very clean and comfortable...even had a work station for those of us who had to work while on vacation. Wifi was fast and plenty to watch on the Roku TVs. Bedrooms VERY comfy. Kitchen has all the necessary appointments. Kickin' AC for those who like it nice and cool, like we do. If we ever find ourselves in Ironton again, I know where we're staying! Thanks Lauryn!

Stayed 3 days at Riverview 2. We loved the place and the area. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would love to come back if the chance ever comes up again. Diamond and Lisa are gracious hosts. Altogether a great time was had.
