Lovely welcome pack and ideal garden for my elderly Cairn

Staying at The View gave a great rural experience despite being only five minutes drive into the lovely town of Portree. The accommodation is a spacious studio flat quite private. Extremely well appointed with all necessary facilities, great heating and generous breakfast provisions. Hosts were friendly and super helpful but not intrusive. Highly recommended for a short or longer stay on the amazing Isle of Skye.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Portree! The location was perfect— right on the town square, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the harbor. It made a great base for exploring the Isle of Skye, with several scenic spots like the Old Man of Storr and Quiraing only a short drive away. The accommodation itself was clean, warm, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the little touches—local guidebooks, fresh coffee, and enough basics for breakfast. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-located place to stay on Skye, I can’t recommend this one highly enough.
