Holiday rentals with beach access in Portoscuso

Annalisa war eine äußerst freundliche, engagierte und flexible Gastgeberin, die uns mehr als einmal entgegen gekommen ist. Wir hatten in der Nebensaison eine entspannte Auszeit in Calasetta. Die Wohnung war mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Die einzige Sache, die uns gestört hat war das Bett, das gequietscht hat und für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich war. Ansonsten hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Bucht in Calasetta war wunderschön und das Dorf wirkte Mitte September wie ein malerisch-verschlafenes Fischerdorf. Unsere Tipps: Spiaggia Coaquaddus und Spiaggia le Saline. Vielen Dank, Annalisa, für die tolle Zeit.

Great stay! The place is big and clean, the patio is definitely a plus. The location is excellent as you are in the center of town, but in a quiet area, and 5 minutes walking from a beautiful beach (Sottotorre). The host was responsive and friendly! Definitely recommended!

Siamo spesso in Giro per airbnb ma è raro trovare un posto cosi ' bello e decorato con TANTO amore nel minimo dettaglio!!!! 💕 La zona è FANTASTICA e abbiamo potuto Godere di tramonti mozzafiato!!!! Darvi 5 stelle è troppo poco!!!! Grazie e torniamo SICURAMENTE 🤗 🤗

Alles wie beschrieben und direkt am Kite Spot. Giacomo hat uns super Tipps gegeben und war sehr hilfreich. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Einfach alles war perfekt. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach zu 100% den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Zudem könnte die Lage nicht besser sein: Es gibt mehrere traumhafte Strände (sowohl wilde Strände als auch touristische Strände mit Sonnenliegen/Restaurants/Bars) mit weißem Sand und türkis-blauem, sauberen Wasser, tolle Pinienwälder und kleine authentische Läden mit lokalen Produkten sowie gute Restaurants - und das alles in fußläufiger Distanz vom Haus. Im Haus selbst genießt man zudem absolute Ruhe und vor allem der freie Blick von der Dachterrasse über die Pinienwälder auf das Meer ist einfach unvergesslich. Dazu ist Stefan der perfekte Gastgeber: Super freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen und tolle Tipps. Vielen Dank für alles - wir kommen definitiv wieder!

das Apartment ist so wie auf den Fotos oben am Hang. Somit abgelegen und ruhig. Nur wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch ohne Auto zum weiten Strand. Der nahe gelegene Ort Sant Anna Arresi ist klein aber fein, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

The apartment has a stunning view of the sea and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby beaches while enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. Access to the small beach and the pool is also a great bonus. The villa of Teulada (around 10min away by car) has a few restaurants and grocery stores for the daily needs. Federico is a fantastic host! Very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall we had a great stay and hope to be back some day!

Les vacances en famille dans ce gîte ont été excellentes. Les instructions de Erika pour l'arrivée ont été précises, très faciles pour trouver le lieu exact. Erika nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir, sur les restaurants. Le gîte est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. C'était très agréable.

Ruhig und traumhaft in der Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Haus. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt. Fantastisch, um eine gute Zeit im Süden Sardiniens zu verbringen.

Rafael was an incredible host. He madebsurebevery single detail was taken care of. He was considerate and kind and the house was everything we could of imagined. Well appointed and next to beautiful beaches and hiking. Definately recommend.

Bardzo fajne miejsce ,zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani. Czysto w środku wszystko czego potrzebujemy ( np.automat do kawy +kapsle,sól, garnki ) całe wyposażenie na zewnątrz (parasol,leżaki) .Pościel i ręczniki czyste- był to nasz kolejny wyjazd na Sardynię i byliśmy tym pozytywnie zaskoczeni . Piękny widok z domu na morze ,długa,szeroka i czysta plaża,na spacery z naszym psem-idealnie Puste plaże i piękna pogoda w październiku Sympatyczny,uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny gospodarz . Polecamy na 100% Stefano grazie mile Filip,Katarina,Lukas

Échanges parfait avec Marco, réponses rapides et de bonnes indications notamment sur la recommandation du restaurant le zefiro 👌 Un grand grand merci a Marco pour l'accueil et cette petite maison.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Super schönes Haus mit toller Umgebung. viele hilfreiche Sachen im Haus (zewa, Salz,Gewürze, Öl) frische Milch und Wasser im Kühlschrank, tolle Kaffeemaschine ruhige Umgebung, alles sehr sauber, Schirme für den Strand, alles da. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder (2,7 und 12) Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!!

Leuk huisje met alle benodigdheden, traditioneel maar met genoeg luxe. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd ook al kwamen we laat aan, en kregen veel uitleg over huis en omgeving. De rest van de week waren de eigenaars er niet, maar anders woont madre in het souterrain, en ze heeft haar eigen tuin. Vooral de grote tuin met bloemen en veel plaatsen om te zitten vonden we prachtig. Er liepen vaak lieve katten rond, heel gezellig. Het was er ongelooflijk stil ‘s nachts. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen om de vele strandjes te ontdekken, heel handig. Op veel plekken waren al strandtentjes open, ook al was het nog voorseizoen. Een wat grotere supermarkt is een kwartiertje rijden. De wandeling langs de kust over de oude Romeinse weg is een aanrader.

Habe Patrizia nie persönlich getroffen, sie reagierte allerdings schnell auf Fragen und Probleme. Die Anweisungen für das Check-in waren klar und ausführlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Bett bequem. Es war ruhig und der Ausblick traumhaft schön. In der Nähe hat es schöne Strände. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen und ein Fahrzeug dringend zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, um selber kochen zu können. Hatte Probleme mit dem WLAN, Patrizia hat aber schnell darauf reagiert und es wieder zum funktionieren gebracht. Danke Patrizia!

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in Stefanias Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und verfügt über Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man kann den Tag auf der Terrasse beginnen und abends auch lange draußen sitzen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und in das Zentrum kann man sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Cafes und kleine Läden zum Schlendern. Pula ist ein wirklich schönes kleines Städtchen, das einen Besuch wert ist. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Stefania absolut empfehlen.

Serdeczność z jaką przywitała nas Martina sprawiła, że poczuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystkie wskazówki były bardzo pomocne. Apartament był bardzo czysty, gustownie urządzony, znaleźliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy na pobyt z dwójką kilkuletnich dzieci, a nawet więcej! Dzieci były zachwycone domkiem pod schodami, w środku znajdowały się również zabawki, świetny pomysł! Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Martina bardzo szybko reagowała gdy mieliśmy jakieś pytania. Dziękujemy raz jeszcze, będziemy bardzo miło wspominać nasz pobyt!

The apartment looks much better than the pictures do it justice, and the terrace/balcony is also much bigger! Everything from cooking to reading on the terrace was very comfortable :) The apartment is easy to find and close to all the central parts of the little town of Pula, so even if you don't have a car you can reach it by the main bus line, and supermarkets are in walking distance. All in all I had a great time.
