Holiday rentals with a patio in Portoferraio

Very difficult to summarize how nice it was to be Alberto's guests who from the first contacts have always been exquisitely kind, he waited for us upon arrival with thoughtful attention showing us his beautiful house that is much more beautiful than in the photos and the necessary information. The house at any time is full of light and exquisitely furnished spaces that the sea sometimes forgets... I didn't know Marciana Marina, but thanks to this wonderful week I'm sure I'll be back very soon. Thank you Alberto 🌹

We found the apartment well cleaned, modern and well-stocked decor (blankets, extra pillows,..). USB sockets, large, functional bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, also well furnished. There are two balconies, both of which can be eaten outside. There is a "lounge" area and two sun loungers on the terrace overlooking the sea. You can't help but feel on vacation. Ideal location for those who want to be not in the center, very quiet and the view is simply magnificent. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach (both free beach and the possibility of renting sunbeds/umbrellas) and in about 15 minutes you can reach Procchio 8ristoranti/bar/grocery store). We were four adults, the spaces were functional. There are covered parking lots. Definitely recommended!

When we arrived on the island, she immediately conquered our heart. Bruno was very friendly and provided us with various information in advance. The check-in was hassle-free and fast, the castle a real dream! It is an impressive building and a great joy to stay in it. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortably furnished. The kids and we felt right at home. The pool and also the tennis court are well cared for and a highlight to the already exceptional accommodation. The direct location by the sea completes everything perfectly. The beach and water are beautiful and simply magnificent. Also a nice bar, where the program always takes place in the evening, is in walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

The house has a terrace with a lovely view, the location for the old beach is really convenient because you can reach it in a minute, with a small child he took our vacation. The beach is really nice. A 5-minute drive takes you to Capoliveri, where you can dine every night in a different restaurant. The house was clean when we arrived and the linens were also impeccable. It needs some routine maintenance that I can expect for a stay at the end of the season, but not for a stay in June. Always helpful and friendly host. Very convenient reserved parking.

A wonderful property with an exceptional outdoor living space with a gorgeous view. Conveniently close to a grocery store and to the lively centre city core. Luca was responsive and polite. I would most certainly return! Thank-you!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Giacomo's place. We enjoyed the location very much. Slightly secluded yet not too far from Porto Azzuro. The communication with Giacomo was also very pleasant.

Absolute dream apartment for a couple. We were there for a week. The apartment is modernly renovated and there is absolutely everything you need in the apartment. It is just far away from the tourist part, so you hardly notice anything in the apartment itself. From the balcony (also with sun gates) you can have breakfast, have an aperitivo in the evening and look at the sea all day - wonderful! The contact with Elise was very straightforward, helpful and very pleasant. Only: At the end of the small street is a (very nice alternative) bar, which each made music to run almost every evening until about 00:00/00:30 clearly audibly (live). But visitors to the bar were barely heard.

We felt very comfortable in the cottage. It is furnished with a lot of love & taste and everything you need for days by the sea is there. We also liked the bikes and the AC is great. :) The garden invites you to relax.

We were here with friends in the week of August, a wonderful location! Large house surrounded by greenery but at the same time a stone's throw from the village and a 15-minute walk from the sea. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, in every room there is practically air conditioning, in the kitchen there was everything you need to cook and 2 coffee machines. One wafer and the other bean, both of great quality. There was even a bit of a supply of food, like pasta, canned tuna, cookies, biscuits… in short, this stay has far exceeded our expectations. We are out yesterday and would like to come back. It's such a little paradise. The Host, Massimo, was always available and interested in knowing how the vacation was going more than once. Highly recommended!!!

The house I would like in my dreams, in a breathtaking location, where you can breathe love and dedication in every detail. Francesca and Antonio are very kind, discreet and full of attention to guests: Lavazza waffles for breakfast, homemade jam, oil, pasta, sugar, salt, the new bottle of shower and hand soap, the complete equipment of washing machine and dishwasher detergent, citronella candles, maps of the trails, many tips for a wonderful stay and the right call for boat rental. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything and more. A stay with indelible memories: the breakfast on the terrace, the soft lawn under the feet, the rocking and the outdoor living room for reading, the silence of the night, the splendor of the starry sky and the sea, the singing of the seagulls and the owl, the stunts of the swallows. Unforgettable.

We stayed (4 adults, 3 children and 1 infant) the last week of August at Angela and Marco's house. Right away they welcomed us with a smile and their fantastic dogs that our children cuddled and adored. They are attentive and caring owners and were able to advise us impeccably on beaches, restaurants, supermarkets... They proved to be very patient with our children despite the liveliness of the little ones. Simone thanks Marco for the unforgettable mountain biking experience. The house is spacious, very clean, fragrant, well divided, in an excellent location and equipped with every comfort even for families with babies as in our case (there is a bathtub, crib, diaper changer, high chair). The barbecue area and swimming pool, available to guests, are a plus that make this house perfect. Warm greetings also to Grandma Lorena. The house has a great location overlooking the sea. We were there with 2 vehicles. One was a Ford Transit motorhome. The driveway to the house/approx. 30m, is very steep and Roberta said we might not drive to the property. And she was right! We only made it back up the mountain on the third attempt. There were minor technical issues with the power, but they were resolved immediately. The kitchen and the entire household are more than fully equipped. Everything is really there. During our stay in May, it rained only a little, but the rooms were over 70% humid. The air conditioning could probably also dehumidify, but I discovered that late. We still felt very comfortable

Such a lovely time at the place! It is really very idyllic, has everything you need and is beautiful with the pool! For us, it was also the perfect starting point for many very nice road bike tours! I'm sure we'll be back :)

Stefano's little house is very original and delightful. You can see with how much love and enthusiasm the "former. Electric“house. The garden is beautiful, with a lot of light but also a lot of shade in summer. The terrace is wonderful for chilling and eating. Stefano is a great host with great response time to questions. Stefano greeted us personally and showed us the house and gave many tips. The location to the beach is under 50m, so super easy to reach. There are original beach bars with very good cuisine. My two adult daughters and I highly recommend Stefano's house. (Attention: there is no wifi, but the reception in and around the house is good if you have enough data volume, no problem!)

Nice apartment with as plus points the loggia with sea view and a parking space in front of the door. Close to restaurants and beach, via a short route. Marciana Marina is a quiet and cozy village. Funny thing is that a well-known series is recorded at Barlume by the harbor.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Andrea hosted my grandchildren for a vacation on their own, which they were very satisfied. Your availability to the boys was a source of reassurance for us. Already before departure he facilitated the rental of the moped, upon arrival the boys were taken to Capoliveri with the property car, he helped them to book the taxi when they returned, and throughout the stay he was contactable and available. Your kindness and understanding did not miss even a holiday that was completed, even though the guys did not leave the apartment in proper condition... I thank Andrea, and I hope to be able to use the structure for my vacation soon

Simply perfect.

Tastefully decorated. Lots of kitchen and dining area things that make lingering enjoyable. Magnificent view. Even nocturnal lanes around it. So rather not for silence fanatics. Long steep stairs to the apartment, but over the rooftops of the winding old town. Great apartment in the middle of the old town.

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
