Lovely spot in Cannaregio which is a more quiet and local area of Venice. A main level apartment that was clean and very nice inside. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Venice!

It is a very spacious apartment with a beautiful garden view. The place is very tidy. Also it's within walking distance from the town center. Luca and his family were great hosts, quick to respond on arrival. I would definitely recommend staying at this place.

An apartment with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Several vaporetto stops are within 10 minutes. You can reach everything within 20 minutes.

Marco and his lovely home were what I would consider the perfect Airbnb setup: a local resident who loves sharing a private apartment with guests from around the world. The location can't be beat: about three minutes walk from Arsenale vaporetto + Alilaguna airport stop (with no bridges to cross!), quiet views onto the canal and lagoon, an apartment that had everything we needed, and plenty of restaurants (both touristy and local) close by. I stayed with my 77 year old mom and she had no problem accessing the apartment (the few stairs inside were rendered easy by sturdy handrails). I am a host also and know that sometimes things break. In our case, there were a couple of maintenance things that needed attention when we arrived. Marco was there within 15 minutes and fixed everything. He was also very flexible when a flight delay caused our arrival to shift from 2pm to 10pm. I would not hesitate to recommend Marco's apartment to visitors to Venice.

We spent a few days with my wife and the dog in Riccardo's property and the experience was exceptional . Wide spaces , perfectly equipped apartment, personal garden, friendly environment,...how to be at home . Yuma also really appreciated it:) and it's a place we'd love to come back to . Casa Manin is a truly special place to stay in Murano. The home is situated right on one of the canals, so the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the water just outside your window is such a peaceful experience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Alessandra was an exceptional host kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was even able to come by within minutes if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Murano or Venice. You won’t regret it!

The property and the whole area are a dream. We were there as a family with two kids. Other family were also there, everyone got along well and you still had your peace and quiet. There are plenty of loungers by the pool and the pool itself is very nicely located. The location is very suitable for day trips to Venice, Verona, Padua or Vincenza. All in all, we can fully recommend the place to everyone and will definitely come back!

Wonderful place for a family to stay. Thomas was very friendly and responsive. The check in was very smooth and the parking space is also very nearby. The apartment is 30 mins away from Venice via car. Would definitely come back. Only downside was the bathrooms didn't have a lock. Apart from that everything else was perfect.

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

The place was error-free. The host gave us lots of helpful recommendations for nearby activities and social and cultural events during our stay. Which we loved to use. The place was stylishly clean and in a completely quiet environment. Recommended.

This is the second time I have stayed at this incredible villa. Three of us in my party decided to return to share the experience with our families, and we were not disappointed. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and on top of everything. They were even helpful in setting up an evening with a private chef. The location is central to several very large northern Italian cities. It was an absolutely amazing experience that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. PLEASE STAY AT THIS WONDERFUL PLACE!

Simple apartment but with the necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if there is anything you need. He offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

Amazing country house! We spent 4 nights in Paolo's house and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is located in the beautiful countryside of the Euganean Hills, but reasonably close to the next town Montegrotto Terme, from where you can comfortably take the train to Padova/Venezia or Ferrara/Bologna. The house is spacious, well equipped, very tastefully furnished, and also has a beautiful little garden. The only thing we didn't like too much were the old-school bed linen and pillows, but that's still quite common in Italy. The communication with Paolo was friendly and check-in/check-out was very easy. We would clearly recommend the house for anyone who would like to visit this great region and still prefers to stay in a quiet place, especially families with children.

A delightful bolt-hole in a less well known area of Venice away from the madness of St Marks! A really ‘local’ area, close to shops, amenities and landmarks including the Via Garibaldi, the Giardini (home to the Biennale arts festival), the delightful lawns and shade trees of S. Elena and the elegant tree-lined Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi. There are excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk – we recommend Tosi which is just around the corner and Nevodi on the Via Garibaldi. History lovers are well served by the superb Naval History Museum near the Arsenale which is, of course, an amazing legacy of Venetian grandeur itself. Getting around is easy – the apartment is within a short walk of the local boat stops that take you around the city, to the mainland links and out to the Lido and beyond. As for your host Annina, no praise is high enough, a delightful lady who responded to our every need and question promptly and in a friendly manner, and really made us feel at home. We’ll be back!

Loved our stay. We were welcomed and the host actively helped us. As much for our arrival, for our departure but also for activities and restaurants. The rent matches the photos very well. We highly recommend.

Perfect location quiet to visit Padua (15-20 mins), the villas of Palladio, and the Parc des Colli Euganei. Grid-protected property. First class amenities and furnishings worthy of a 4-star hotel. Bright and tasteful decor. Comfortable bed and pillow, dark shutters. The kitchen lacks a few utensils but nothing major; very good knives, full size fridge, toaster, Nescafé pod coffee maker, kettle. Very few food supplies upon arrival but we are traveling with all our kit. Pretty terrace in the back. Good Wifi. Smart TV, if you know how to operate it… No washer or dryer in the apt. Maybe outside? Interspar supermarket close to Abano Terme. The village of Arqua Pretracca is very pretty and the Ser Petracco restaurant is excellent and stylish. Federico was lovely, responsive and good service. We loved our stay, one of our best rentals.
