The balcony is ideal to have a meal or a drink enjoying the sea view. On the ground floor there is a dining and sitting room and a big kitchen and a garden at your disposal. In 5 min on foot you are in the beach, markets, restaurants, bus and shops. In 5 min by car you are at the Airport, 20 min from Funchal and 10 m from the north

A comfortable house to be used in a relaxed way with the necessary conditions for a good vacation stay. ​Close to the center of the village, but far from the hustle and bustle, on top of the beach, the house is in a great location to relax, go for a swim in the sea or have a coffee in the village. ​In the spring, summer or fall, the island's mild temperature allows for the enjoyment of the beach. In winter, the beach remains a good reason for long walks.

With local bus stop 150 meters away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, in a pleasant space with a good outdoor area, which includes a shower and barbecue. The house can be rented as a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom, with access to the second bedroom from the outside. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. Near Casa das Rolas, you can also find restaurants and a mini market with all the essentials. We're available for any questions that might come up.
